Everything was very good for the time of my stay. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Easy to find location. I would stay again. Four stars because there is always room for improvement.mr

Would definitely stay here again. The whole experience was great. Very clean room. Shower was big and good water pressure. Mattress and bedding were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was above my expectations. Location was near Old Clovis area and good restaurants.

Very clean. Easy to regulate room temperature. Appears that tourists from all over are staying here. If you want quiet, request the top 3rd floor. The person above me was non stop stomping. The hotel receptionist said they couldnt move me to another room, but suggested they would call the person. After yet another bout of excessive stomping, it ended and I was able to sleep soundly.

The main point was the lady who welcomed us in. I give five stars, even if things are not over above what was advertised. The room was quiet, clean, easy to move around in and tastefully decorated. I skipped the breakfast, but the coffee was swell. And the price was right. To get five stars out of me all you need to do is Deliver as advertised. When the interaction with staff Is above average, that is to say they make eye contact and act as if they do care and are more or less happy to see you, that’s what gets a fifth star. If it doesn’t happen, everything else can be five stars, but I probably will only give three

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a pleasant person behind the front desk. She was very cheerful and helped us choose a place to eat.\n As well as very understanding when we accidentally locked our keys in our room. Yeah, 2 minutes after we got them. The room was very clean and smelled really good.When we came in. We had a very nice night sleep.The bathroom was clean, everything was pleasant.The only downside is where the toilet paper roll is located.Haha. And whoever was banging around outside six o'clock in the morning , either garbage pickup or delivery something , but it was long and loud and disruptive , and i'm sure nothing that the hotel could do about it. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices from toast and waffles and bagels to scrambled egg , sausage , bacon , and fresh fruit. Yogurt and oatmeal was also available .Overall , a very lovely stay and we would stay again.
