If i could i would give them 0 stars, even negative puntuation. I really didn’t enjoy my stay. The service was extremely poor, and the room was in unacceptable condition. There was hair on the shower walls that clearly didn’t belong to us, the bed linens were ripped and dirty, there were large cobwebs around the room, and even damage to the walls. On top of that, there was no soundproofing at all—you could hear everything, including someone sleeping in the hallway. We went to the front desk to raise these issues, and they suggested we switch rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was in even worse shape, with visible cigarette burns on the bedding. They assured us they would contact Booking.com, acknowledge our complaint, and issue a refund. However, once we checked out, they informed Booking.com that they would not be refunding us. Aside from offering a room change, their only other suggestion was for us to leave the hotel late at night, around 11 p.m., onto a street where there were many homeless people, which felt completely unsafe.

I booked this hotel for one night, but when I arrived I immediately noticed how dirty the place was. The bed sheets were dirty, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was also very dirty. The entire room smelled very bad and felt uncomfortable. Because of the condition of the room, I decided to leave the hotel right away. I spoke with their customer service agent and told them that I did not want to stay there and asked for a refund. The agent told me that I needed to contact Booking.com to process the refund. After that, I called Booking.com several times. They tried to contact the hotel, but the hotel did not cooperate with them and refused to refund my money. In my opinion, guests should avoid this hotel and not waste their money. The hotel is very dirty, and if you try to cancel your stay, they will not refund your money. Their customer service is not helpful at all. I strongly recommend that people do not stay here.

Location was great, right next to my Venue for a concert! The man at the front desk was super helpful and they even offer free lodging to homeless at times! Just great people and service all around, the bathroom situation was less than ideal but overall, would come back for sure! P.s. the view was amazing! 10/10

I I could give a zero I would this is thee worst place to stay there is endless homeless and n something. They lie on there photos and the bathroom is communal not that stock image by the way there was no toilet paper and the show was awful. There was gunshots the night I stayed so I slept on the floor the fridge had black mold!!!! And a few of the outlets were out. If you stay you need to get there early because there is a cut off time to where you will be locked out. My god do not book

The worse experience ever, never coming back it was absolutely disgusting almost violating human rights. The bathrooms were clogged and immensely dirty. The bedding wasn’t cleaned, towels used and stained, the location don’t even get me started how horrible so unsafe. The service was disgraceful and disrespectful the man was so rude. The walls were so thin we could hear everyone. Overall the worse experience in my life and I travel a lot. DO NOT come, you are better off homeless
