Desired was very nice. The club lounge is awesome it sits on a wheel and spins 360°for the best views in town. The lobby here is huge. My service in the club lounge was Great I could say though that the food could have been better. The power service downstairs and lobby is really good but I would not go on the outside of the bar cuz the service is very slow. From the front desk all the way to the main service everybody here was very nice and very friendly I'm willing to help out. If you are in San Francisco especially close to the court this is the hotel you definitely want to stay in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay during a business trip to San Francisco. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and incredibly convenient for meetings, dining, shopping, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within easy reach. The room was on the smaller side, so it may not be ideal for a long vacation or for travelers looking for extra space, but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable for a business trip. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. A couple of things to note: there is no swimming pool, and I've heard that parking can be quite expensive (around $100 per day), although I didn't have a car with me so that wasn't an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for business travel. The prime location, cleanliness, and great service make it an excellent choice.

Traveling with a family of four with two teenage girls. We were all very impressed with this hotel. The staff go above an beyond to make sure you're welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are gigantic for an urban hotel in the heart of the action! I've been to San Francisco several times over the last 30 years and this trip at the end of May '26 was absolutely the safest I've felt in the city and it's the cleanest I've ever seen it. I've been told it's the new mayor, whatever it is, I'm glad to see the city shining like the jewel it is and this is a great hotel to use as homebase. Definitely worth upgrading to the club level if available the club lounge has a breathtaking view and a nice selection of snacks, teas, and coffees.

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency San Francisco and can confidently give it a 5-star review. The hotel features beautiful, modern decor throughout the entire building, creating a sleek and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from great shopping and the Ferry Building, making it easy to explore the city. The on-site bar exceeded expectations with excellent food and drinks, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for a solid workout, which is always a huge plus when traveling. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. Manager Agnes went above and beyond to quickly address any concerns we had. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be choosing Hyatt properties for future stays. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable rooms with a nice updated fee. My only gripe was wanting more plugs and USB ports for charging devices. If you’re debating the upgrade… do it. The water balcony is 100% worth it. Waking up on the 16th floor with that view was great. The hotel itself has a big, open feel with stunning vaulted ceilings and eye-catching art sculptures in the lobby. And yes the glass elevator with open views is a favorite of all ages. Location-wise, it’s super convenient to get to a few main attractions. Oracle Park was just a quick 5–10 minute scooter ride away (easy rentals everywhere). Only downside: parking. It’s limited unless you hunt for nearby lots, or be ready to shell out about $100 a night for valet. Worth knowing before you go.
