I was expecting something run down, but it was honestly a really great stay. I don’t usually post reviews but the owners were just so nice and welcoming. My room was clean, room service was good, and they answered all the questions I had. It seems like a super sketch area but the inside is honestly very well maintained. Best super 8 I’ve ever stayed at by far.

The room was clean and the weather was great making it a great place to stay if you want to walk to good places to eat and take electric bikes to other destinations. You are greeted by lots of homeless people, but they don't bother you. You can't beat the price for the value you get in that location! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here 4 nights for the Super Bowl experience. We got here late but our room was still available. We paid in advance and they had that in their system so no problem there. We stayed in room 410 nice size room, great shower gets super hot if you want that great water pressure and the shower head has different settings. Elevator worked the whole time that we were here. Our room was so quiet we didn’t hear anything the whole time. My brother was in room 610 he said he could hear street noise the whole night but maybe because he was on the top floor but my girl and I hear nothing for four nights. Staff was great.My girl and I flew in late at night and we walked to the hotel from the Powell station of BART. There was homeless everywhere walking to the hotel but even though they looked scary they didn’t say anything to us and they didn’t bother us. They didn’t even ask for a dollar. All in all this was a great stay and if back in San Francisco in this part of town I will be staying here. Great value comfortable beds and pillows everything was great.

Great experience staying here for 1 night (early April). Room was as described on my credit card’s travel portal. Super affordable price for the area. The room was clean and neat, plenty to make your stay comfortable for the price. Room was a little noisy at night, sounded like trash truck/ construction outside. However, knowing the price I paid I had no issues falling asleep. The noise is the only thing for 4 stars. I wish I could give 4.5/5.

Had a great time, we had a pleasant surprise, We booked a standard queen room, but when we got there was informed that we got upgraded to a queen suite and it was really nice. Especially with all of the different choices in San Francisco most not having a restroom in the room this not only had a full restroom but a bathtub and a separate room with a TV. It was super cute and I highly recommend staying here. The area was also close to a lot of shopping choices, and the food was not too bad in the area as well again I would highly recommend it to anybody trying to save a little bit of money and wanting that good room feeling.
