Stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center during our Denver trip and had a wonderful stay. The downtown location was perfect for walking around the city, exploring nearby restaurants, and enjoying the energy of Denver without constantly needing the car. The suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated after long days out adventuring. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the made-to-order omelets were honestly one of the highlights of the mornings. ☕🍳 Stayed the night after watching the Faulty Towers Dinner Show which was hilarious! The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the evening reception added a fun, relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day. Bonus points because somewhere during breakfast, two very suspicious pizza-loving cat detectives may or may not have started brainstorming clues for their next case… 🐾🍕🔎 Would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Denver!

I had a great experience at this hotel, so I had to write a review! Mainly because the breakfast was amazing and the omelette chef could not have been funnier. It includes a lot for a complimentary breakfast in the morning! My company put me in the Suite which had a pretty view of the city and small separate room. Overall, it felt like an apartment! I wish the cleaning service came by every day but there are so many floors to the hotel and it’s way bigger than you would imagine. The front desk is very nice and helpful. Service was great, including the bar and restaurant staff. Overall, everything was great. It was very busy when I stayed there so a little hectic with the elevators and moving about the hotel but I recommended this place for anyone looking to venture around the city.

Breakfast is great as well as the chef who makes omlets. Which is why service at least receives a 1 star. The rooms are spacious but furniture is dated and worn. Even the door to room needs painting. I requested towels from housekeeping, an hour later no towels called back again. Operator stated would request for them to be sent urgently. Twenty minutes later still no towels. I spotted the housekeeping cart and retrieved towels myself. At checkout, front desk asked about my stay and informed her of the incident. She offered 10,000 points for the inconvenience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m currently here for a four-day stay in downtown Denver and wanted to give a special shout-out to the front desk team—Mel and Teresa. Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it truly shows how much they care about the guest experience. The hotel has a great team overall. Breakfast has been excellent—the chefs are preparing delicious, fresh, made-to-order omelets for guests each morning, which is a great touch. The food is fresh and well organized. The linens and sheets are clean and well maintained, the coffee area is always tidy, and the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. The beds are especially comfortable, and the downtown location is ideal. Big appreciation to the entire staff, and a special thanks again to Mel and Teresa for being so proactive and helpful. Keep up the great work—I’ll be sure to share this feedback with leadership.

There are several reasons why I always look for Embassy Suites wherever I go. But the experience here beat them all. Front desk staff are very friendly. A special mention of the front desk manager Cora. There were two things that stood out to me. One, we were there during Christmas week and she arranged an activity everyday for the guests till the Christmas Eve including photos with the Santa. I have stayed at many ES before during Christmas week and never seen anyone go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The second thing to mention was that there was a small hiccup with the room assigned to us, when I told them, they changed rooms right away and also sent a beautiful gift with a sorry card which was such a sweet gesture. Will never forget my stay here. Rooms were great with beautiful views of the mountain. Breakfast and managers reception were both awesome. Highly recommend this place.
