We stayed here a few weeks ago for Dancing With the Stars Live over at Intrust Bank Arena. The location is super walkable and there’s even a Starbucks right around the corner. We had a standard 2 queen room which was incredibly spacious and well decorated. It was so nice to see a hotel with a minibar again! It’s been so long since COVID since I’ve been in a hotel that has one. The room and lobby were extremely clean and well organized. We opted to use the valet because we were short on time, we went to get coffee while they grabbed our car and the wonderful staff even put our bags in for us while we were away. The staff clearly went above and beyond what they needed to make our stay exact and comfortable. Would highly recommend especially if you attending a nearby event!

I pulled up at 7pm with two toddlers and a ton of gear only to be told the valet was “sold out”. It is night downtown and I’m going to a parking garage and then trekking down flights of stairs to get to hotel. Then charged the same to park my own vehicle. The staff member who told me I could not valet did try to help with the my stuff. The rest of the staff was unphased and chit chatting at the front desk while I was waiting to check in.stayed here a week ago and it was great so decided to stay again on the way home. The rooms are great - but those details for a four star hotel seem pretty janky.

We stay here on our way home every year. The rooms are roomy. The beds are so comfy. The restaurant is delicious with the nicest and best servers. The price is ok for the quality of the food and wine. They even served me warm gluten free bread. It was a treat. They have a lively speak easy downstairs that is always a good time. They are pet friendly. We look forward to our stays there.

Great Room, Speakeasy was AWESOME and THE BEST LYCHEE MARTINIS EVER! Very kind staff, mostly,and Valet Attendant, tall guy with red-ish hair was soooooo welcoming and kind!
