I have never written a bad hotel review before, but this one deserves it. After being out all day we return to find there has been NO housekeeping! Beds unmade, used towels on the floor etc. upon calling the desk I was told that since the hotel was so full maid service was only being provided if requested. This was never told to us. So we requested they at least send clean towels, and were told they couldn’t do that either, but we could come down to the desk and get them. Further, the room was musty and the breakfast was mediocre at best!

My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding; the room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. The staff provided top-quality service and were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere, combined with its convenient location, made my entire visit smooth and highly enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service throughout my visit. The rooms are modern and well-designed, providing a very comfortable environment. Parking is not great. Outside doors don't work. Had to use main entrance at all times. Hotel ran out of towels around 8pm. Said they wouldn't have clean towels till next shift came in. When I asked for more the next morning, the lady at the desk wasn't sure if they had 4 clean towels. And we woke up to ants in our room. In the bathroom and in an empty cup that had pop in it. Breakfast was terrible.

The rooms themself were great, were clean, and were super comfy, but the service from the staff was not super great. When we got there, we were not able to check into all of the rooms for our group (mind you, our check in time was 3, we got there at 7) because they said they didn't have enough two bed rooms cleaned and ready for us at that time, even though that is what we booked. They made us wait an hour, and when we were finally able to get checked into our rooms, they still didn't give us the correct rooms that we needed and said that everything was full and we had to work with what we were given. We were luckily able to move things around and make it work, but the fact we booked 5 rooms with two beds in each and only were able to have 3 of those and then 2 with single beds was upsetting.
