It was good over all!! Our room (2 queen bed room) was way bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was a very pleasant surprise, decent beds too! Pool was super neat being indoor/outdoor and we really enjoyed that. Staff that I interacted with personally were nice, friendly, helpful and answered my questions! Had a good spread for breakfast as well which we thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely stay at again!

This is a good quiet area, The staff is always welcoming, and will remember you if you make this a frequent stop during business travel. They greet you by your first name, or by Mr/Ms. The breakfast is good always fresh. Of course you can’t do renovations all in on go, but we do see improvements every time we visit. If you leave an item behind they will call you and let you know. I’ve left a watch behind for the staff as a Thank You a few visits ago, and they actually called to confirm. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day and after each visit. You do not have random people roaming the halls neither. It’s safe cameras on every floor and outside. We will continue to stay there for all business travels throughout the year.

Definitely an “I’ve had worse” experience, not my best stay at a hotel. The price was cheap enough for a night. My group and I split into two rooms. My room smelled faintly like feet going in. The other room smelled like lingering cannabis smoke. On first look, it seemed clean enough but on closer inspection there were little things that were gross. Ceiling tiles that looked like they were either expanding outward or inward of their guards in the bathroom, weird stains on the floor that I’m hoping is just dried nail polish or some other non-bio hazard stain on the floor (Pictured in the review), and my favorite, a reminder on the back of the WiFi/hotel welcoming card from a past guest that really showed how closely they inspect the rooms (also pictured in the review). The feeling of security was fine enough too. But my doors top swing lock was super loose that a very light tap from my finger would swing it off completely, or if I closed the bar too hard it would bounce back, making it pointless. I had to move the lounging chair in front of the door to fully feel okay to sleep. The hotel in the parking lot of this one had a lot of traffic going in and out of their hotel which was just something to note. The only good thing I could confidently be pleased about is the staff. They were friendly and welcoming (why this review is a 2 star and not a 1). Really, there are plenty of other hotels. Next time I stop in, it will not be this one. EDIT - just went through the other poor reviews, including one that mentioned staying at the location multiple times over the span of years and seeing no change. Almost every negative review has been replied to by the business with the same message, practically word for word, saying “ Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We apologize for the shortcomings that you have highlighted. We have already initiated appropriate actions for improvements as per your feedback. You will certainly notice the changes on your next visit. Looking forward to welcoming you back”. This repetitive vague response in combination with that returning customer review, leads me to believe it’s all a copy and paste of an empty promise. If it’s been years for that customer to see no change, I wonder what exactly these “initiatives” are and when they were started.

We stopped here for one night while traveling home. This locations needs TLC big time! The first room we were put in was a “non-smoking” room but the smell was so strong the walls were dirty and very old inside, the lady at the front was kind and got us another room. The 2nd room was okay, there was fruitloop on the floor so not cleaned very well, paint bubbling. We were told breakfast starts at 6am, we got down there and not all the food was out the lights were still off but we ate what was out. The cook was just sitting in the “cook room/ supply room” the sign even says 6am. The chairs were peeling and falling apart. We do not plan to stay at this location when passing through again (which we come through this area every year). It really needs a remodel.

0 Stars Dangerous, Dirty, and Completely Unacceptable My family stayed at this hotel and were placed on the first floor. This place is NOT SAFE. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, and I nearly fell—this is a serious safety hazard. The carpet was filthy, and the room was very dark with old yellow lighting that made everything feel dirty and uncomfortable. The hot tub was disgusting—way too salty and clearly not maintained. The pool was also dirty and should not be open to guests. This property is severely neglected. Honestly, this hotel needs to be shut down or completely rebuilt. It does not meet basic safety or cleanliness standards. Save your money and stay anywhere else.
