Price was ok buuttt that’s about where it ended. Room smelled a little like unidentified substance and the bathroom didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. sink drain was plugged with tiny sea shells it looked like for some odd reason. Bed was clean tho i think. Pry wouldn’t go back

This is one of if not the worst room I have stayed in. That’s saying a lot being as I am 31 and stayed at plenty of hotels around the world. This is totally unacceptable and downright disturbing. We arrive for check in at 8:27 and we didn’t get into a room until 10:13. Due to all of the rooms being absolutely filthy, there’s stains on the bedding, the pillow cases, the walls, the sink, the shower. The shower head has leaked and left a stain going down the wall. The appliances are old and out of date. The tv in the room is so small I have to squint to see it. The rooms all have a stitch to them. We smell a strong scent of marijauna coming from one of the rooms that house keeping was living in. House keeping does not speak any English and we watched the lady clean our table with windex. Mind you the table is wood not glass, the chemicals from that product shouldn’t be consumed. The plug sockets in the room don’t work. One if the lamps by the bed won’t work at all. There was a junkie outside digging through the universal ash tray trying to find a cigarette. The towels aren’t clean, the soap bars are coarse and not smooth. I mean I could go on. I’m not sure why hotels are so poorly kept anymore but I’m never bringing my money here again. I am going to try to write a review on everything possible, especially the BBB, you guys need to shut this place down!

Would give zero or negative stars if it were possible. The hotel is pure bait and switch/catfishing setup. The pictures online look beautiful and all updated. The rooms are old and outdated and disgusting. When we arrived the room door lock was busted and we weren't even sure the door would lock. Upon further inspection of the room there weren't ANY lights (because light would make it easier to see how disgusting everything was). The beds were dirty, full of grit and hair. The couch was broken and folding in on itself and the plastic part of the fake leather was nearly completely missing. The room smelled old and smokey. Now on to getting a refund... Started Wednesday night when we arrived and immediately decided to leave. Notified the front desk clerk of the issues and he said he had to notify his manager, but it would be refunded next day. Thursday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything so I reached back out. I was given the run around again and told the manager hadn't been in yet. On to Friday. More of the same thing, so we decided to reach out to corporate... NOW, they've charged us a second charge for the entire stay and are telling us that they are going to refund both charges. I'll believe it when I see it, but as of right now I'll have to keep the local authorities on speed dial.

Kind of hidden, not a bunch of parking, the interior is beautiful though! There is a washer and dryer but you have to pay for it..Rooms are pretty big, plenty of space. Tv wasn't working. No landline phone in the room either. Not currently serving any breakfast so that sucks. They are sticklers about checking in and out on time but the staff is friendly enough.

Price was right but the smell in the building wasn’t so right. Bathroom definitely wasn’t clean either. And the main sink drain was plugged up so that was that to overall if u got a few more Pennie’s go somewhere else
