Shower head didn’t work no matter what I did, I was too tired so just ran head under tub faucet and washed in bath, I didn’t say anything until the morning and front desk was very nice saying they would have gotten me a new room. Room smelled musty, like multiple people had smoked in past, found long black hair on my towel (I’m a short brown hair male), fans were noisy and random, breakfast was a small thing of some muffins and protein bars, but maybe that’s the norm for long term stay, had coffee too which was nice. Room was huge with full kitchen. It was fine for being there one night but don’t think I’d stay again … oh no ice machines either but they have large fridge and freezer in rooms. Again woman this morning was very nice.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel looks decent from the outside, but as soon as we walked inside, it REEKED of marijuana and cigarette smoke. I was hesitant to check in. In hindsight, I wish I wouldn't have. Upon entering my room, I noticed that it looked NOTHING like the photos on the website. Everything was extremely outdated and very dirty. The floor had visible dirt on it, the walls were stained, etc. It took me about 2 minutes to decide I couldn't comfortably stay there. I went back down to the front desk and had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the receptionist dealt with other guests (poorly, I might add.) She seemed incompetent, but there were no other staff members there to help her. I finally got a chance to explain that I didn't want to stay due to the awful smell and dirty room. I asked about a refund and the receptionist struggled to help me. I ended up leaving not knowing whether I would get any of my money back. I called later that night to ask if she could email me a transaction history/receipt and she said she would send something after 24 hours. I ended up getting a partial refund back to my credit card 2 days later (about 40% of what I paid). I still have yet to see any sort of receipt that explains how they came up with that amount. Long story short, don't stay at this hotel.

Stayed for about 2 months to start. Let's not sugar coat this, the workers truly make this place. Every single one of the ladies up front, all of the house keepers, the maintenance man; all of them are extremely welcoming and kind people. There was never a single moment they didnt show up and excel at their jobs. There's someone at that desk 24/7, the maintenance and house keeping team are on top of everything. During my little rough patch of getting into my new apartment this place basically became a little second home, and I dont regret it one bit.

Sherita in front office is amazing. New owners don't care about fixing things treadmill, and internet doesnt work currently, nor does laundryfacility, coffee for advertised breakfast..1/2 time of month stay did not work...and me leaving early due to a dv dispute on my floor that scared me...left me still paying for several nights...due to new management. New management seems money hungry as opposed to caring. Sherita, in front offive is a treasure only reason Id ever come back. Sad people come in and destroy human connection and stare at dollar signs. Love to.you Sherita.

I received immaculate service, they cleaned my room weekly, completely. They were conscious of all tenants and made sure everyone was respected. The maintenance team was quick to fix anything accurately, and they were accommodating in any way they could be. Highly recommend. I stayed for 4 months or more, and no complaint.
