It's a decent hotel. Pretty dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. Have stayed a few times and it was quiet and at a decent cost. The complimentary breakfast was good, the basics of scrambled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, etc. The location is kinda sketchy with some really run down hotels and not really walkable, with no local restaurants.

The hotel looked clean and nice, but the hallways had far too much, I guess what they called air freshner. Our dresser in our room was broken, none of the drawers closed. Although the water pressure in the shower was really good and there was plenty of hot water, the plug in the shower was broken as was the faucet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the toilet seat was broken. Although, I prefer a thin bath towel, these were on the verge of having holes in them. The refrigerator didn't have a temperature control or an on or off button and didn't seem to get cold. The bed was pretty comfy and pillows were great. The TV didn't work, you couldn't turn it on or off with remote and the channels didn't change easily with remote either, but note in room did say they had new TVs on order. The room definitely was not worth the $140.00.

The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. My hope is that the management company can take these notes and make them actionable for future guests. The Good: -The air filters on the room air handler were clean! Well done ensuring that these were not caked in dust. -The front attendant (when present) was very friendly. -The pool was open! This is huge for our kids after a long travel day to get some energy out. Needs Attention: -Surface rust on bathroom fixtures & tub drain (roof exhaust fan(s) likely not functioning). -Caulking around tub has failed and needs to be replaced. -Floor base is damaged throughout the hotel and needs to be replaced. -Wallpaper in the hallways is damaged throughout. -Lights in the pool area half burnt out/not functioning. -Ventilation in the pool area should be inspected as surface rust is present on doors, door frames, and flooring. -Pool chairs were broken. -Door hardware to the pool was broken. -Furniture in the room is damaged (e.g. office table leg needs to be tightened, chair arms loose/need to be tightened, chest of drawers is not functional and drawers are off of their sliders).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A while after checking in I approached the lobby and as soon as he saw me he created me by my name. Very accommodating when I asked to be moved due to a baby that was crying nonstop for an hour, other child was running around.

Tiffany at the front desk was amazing! I had the worst week of travel and her kindness, compassion, and professionalism were the biggest sigh of relief! Thank you so much for your help!!! Their bar and restaurant staff are also great. Nice pool, clean and rooms. I will never stay anywhere but a Holiday Inn from now on and we travel a lot. Thank you again Tiffany and whoever raised Tiffany right !
