I enjoyed the classic ambiance of the Hotel and the customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and prepared for us to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast was professional and made with great detail to presentation and culinary skills. If I must offer any feedback back to a future guest; be sure to be prepared to pay for parking and be sure to put your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door if you plan to sleep in until check out at noon.

I absolutely love love staying here rooms are always clean staff is so friendly and breakfast chefs are just amazing so nice and the omelettes are delicious. Everything about the breakfast is great. Oh forgot to mention they have a happy hour which is also awesome!!! Drinks and snacks

Overall good, but a few issues. First room I was assigned was extremely musty smelling. Asked for a different room. This one still smelled a little bit musty but was tolerable. The biggest issue was that the AC was largely ineffective and never could get it to a reasonable temperature. It consistently remained in the low to mid 70s despite being set at 65. Breakfast was good but many of the stations were not stocked with anything but the omelet bar made up for that. If the AC would have been effective it would have been great!

Next to the airport. Very nice, older hotel. Rooms are clean, large, and decent looking. Good sized mini fridge and the fitness center, lobby, restaurant, and pool and laundry are all good for short or extended stays.

Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not ready, despite it being at or after the guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in time. What made this situation especially troubling was that I observed more than ten other guests arrive after me and receive their rooms promptly, while I continued to wait without clear communication or resolution. Throughout this experience, I felt that I was being treated differently. As a gay individual, I could not help but feel that my race and sexual orientation may have influenced how I was treated. I was repeatedly overlooked and not offered the same level of service that other guests received, which was both frustrating and disheartening. The situation was further worsened by my interactions with a staff member named Jonathon, whose handling of the situation contributed to the mistreatment I experienced. After I voiced my concerns and requested to speak with management, another staff member, Summer, eventually accommodated me with a room. Additionally, I was informed multiple times by Jonathon that the hotel was at maximum capacity. However, this was inconsistent with information I received from other team members, who stated that the hotel was only at approximately 59% capacity and experiencing a slower weekend. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about transparency and how my situation was handled. Furthermore, I was told by the PM manager that my room charges and parking would be fully taken care of due to the inconvenience. As of now, this has not been honored, and given the inconsistencies I encountered, I am concerned that it may not be resolved without further escalation. I expect equal treatment and professionalism from a brand with the reputation of Embassy Suites by Hilton. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. No guest should feel marginalized, misled, or disregarded in this manner.
