We stayed here with a group of 50 students, and the staff consistently treated us with the same kindness and professionalism as any other guests. A special shoutout to Isela, who was incredibly gracious, helpful, and supportive throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond to help our group, and the rest of the front desk staff were wonderful as well. Traveling with such a large group can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent, the breakfast area was always clean and well stocked, and anytime we had an issue or question, the staff handled it quickly and kindly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling with a group. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our trip even better.

We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk staff was very helpful and the check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was not that good but they had rest options. The woman that worked in the breakfast area just stares at you as you’re trying to get your food. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, very spacious! I only gave 4 stars because the towels had some stains, but we brought our own thank goodness. The hotel was quiet, there’s only 1 elevator however in our experience it didn’t take that long so I was bothered by that at all. 1 of the tvs was very static so we weren’t able to watch it comfortably. This hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the riverwalk, not 7. It is a 8-10 minute walk to the market (very expensive definitely not worth it lol) but overall I’d stay here again for sure! Very family friendly and small children friendly!

I enjoyed the well stocked hot breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and kind. The room’s furnishings were torn, scratched and/or dirty. I have attached photos. The pool had a bit of debris in the water, but the poolside was clean and orderly. The room was well stocked. However, the microwave was missing its dish. When I requested a dish I was told, ‘ There were no extras in stock. I could not have one right now.’ So, I used my grand child’s bowl as a microwave dish! There was plenty hot water for bubble baths and showers. Two televisions in the room was a plus. My grandchildren used one, I used the other. I had plenty of space to conduct my virtual teaching classes, but the presence of torn furniture always makes me uncomfortable. If the furniture were in better shape I would rate the overall experience a bit higher.

First time staying at this hotel. I was on a business trip and co-workers picked this hotel due to location of downtown and the riverwalk. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed this hotel only had one elevator, which made getting to your room rather lengthy. Not sure why they don’t invest in two elevators but it was what it was. Staff seemed super friendly and helpful. Upon entering my room, I noticed it to be very dark. Even with lights turned on, the room itself was dark. I liked that the room I had was like a mini studio apartment, however lighting was just horrible. Overall the room was cleaned and organized. I had a random door in my room leading to who knows where. I was on the fourth floor, and hot water seemed like it took forever to get there. Even had the nozzle all the way on, and it seemed like the hot water was barely coming thru. Definitely recommend opening the shade to the window to let some natural light in and help with the lightening process. The hotel was definitely quiet, there were time I thought I was the only one on the floor. Room had a nice little table desk for work and a side table. If you don’t mind the darkness and one elevator issue, for the price you definitely could stay here.

Great location. Roughly to 7-15 dollar Uber to the Riverwalk and most attractions. Easy to find and park for free. The room are big. Beds are firm. They could use a little more up keep. The pool is dirty and when we asked about it, they didn't seem like the sticks in the pool was a problem ... However the breakfast is good. The seating area for breakfast is small and so on weekend it was very crowded and hard to navigate.
