Executive Chef Review - The front staff seem to be well trained and very friendly. I was very impressed with the room arrangement and the view. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was very clean and exciting just to stay in. When I was most impressed with was the breakfast. I've been in many hotels that offer breakfast in the morning, but this stood out in many ways. It was beautifully displayed with a good selection. And even though I entered at the end of the breakfast, I could have sworn it was the beginning. The utensils and vessels that were used to display everything were top notch. You feel like an executive eating in that kitchen. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

Great stay with one minor flaw. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the entire hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the breakfast! The only downside was the room's AC unit—it was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep when it kicked on.

Great service. Staff very nice. San Antonio Stone Oak neighborhood has everything you'll need, shopping, restaurants etc. Food: They have recently upgraded the breakfast and it is great. Best Hyatt Place breakfast I've encountered. Also for a Hyatt Place, their lunch and dinner menu is impressive. Buffalo wings and Caesar salad was great. Room: clean and spacious. AC worked, room got cold. Bathrooms: need updating poor lighting. Shower water got hot quick. Cons: no microwave BUT when I googled search mostly only Hyatt Regency have in room microwaves. However, I was expecting a microwave to be accessible in the breakfast area 24/7 but it is not. That was a bummer. Second bummer: no coffee station available throughout the day. After breakfast they take the coffee station in the lobby down. We will be back!

The room was fine, did seem a little out of the way but no issues finding it. The pool is tiny..2 kids playing in the pool area sounds like a 1000with thr acoustics. I was surprised at how cold the water was too.

I recently stayed at a Hyatt hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing check-in experience. The hotel itself was very clean, and I did enjoy the breakfast, but the customer service completely overshadowed the positives. The front desk employee was rude, snappy, and seemed irritated with every guest she interacted with. Another couple checking in was also having issues, so it clearly wasn’t just me. I’m a Hyatt member, yet I was incorrectly told I could not receive the complimentary breakfast and would have to pay $10, which was frustrating and confusing. The most upsetting part was when my son and his fiancée arrived. I had booked their room, but when they tried to go upstairs to my room, the employee acted like she didn’t believe us and made me come all the way downstairs to confirm everything myself. The interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Clean hotel, good breakfast, but the service was honestly horrendous. One bad employee can completely change the experience.
