Rooms, service, security, parking spaces and willingness to accommodate were great! Beds were very clean and comfortable, pillows were great too. I liked that they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything via phone that was nice, also having our vehicle parked next to our window gave us peace of mind, and knowing that attendant is on 24/7 watching the front and the cameras made us feel more comfortable. The place looks nice with modern features, the lobby is small, but very cozy, and nicely decorated the breakfast area is a little bigger and offers many items for a continental breakfast. Overall it's a great place for your money. We've stayed there many times.

Customer service was great! Guy in the front desk at night was super friendly and polite. We felt at home and super comfortable with the area. Breakfast was great and the lady in the dining area preparing and refilling food was very friendly and nice! Our room was clean and tidy even when we got back on 2nd day from sightseeing. Great overall experience will definitely book here for future stays. Plus area wasn’t bad as people said it would be, our vehicle was okay and nothing happened to it. (I didn’t get the names of the employees I wish I did because they were amazing and super friendly best customer service around San Antonio hotels I’ve been to)

Overall the experience was fine, clean room and towels and the service was good, breakfast was good. My only issue was that the carpet has a little small not too much but if it was my hotel I would rather have wood floors. But the entire experience was good. And it has lots of restaurants around nearby and a Walmart and Sam's club that's a plus

Over run with construction crews. They were the vast majority of the business at this location. I have nothing against construction crews but they overwhelmed the breakfast area in the morning and this hotel has a very limited seating area so we had no place to sit down, even if there was anything left to eat, which there wasn't. Also the parking lot was full of these same people smoking weed by their pick-ups before going to work, The smell was enough to get us high as we were walking to our non-breakfast, in the morning. Which I really appreciated! Check-out was non-existent since there was no one in the check-out area to check you out. We hollered thinking surely someone would emerge from the backroom, but no such luck. We left after waiting for 5 minutes. We have stayed at LaQuinta for over 20 years because we are always traveling with pets. In the past they did not charge for pets. Some still don't. This one charged us $50. Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! There are much better options.

Excellent experience for the price! Did not require a deposit (which I hate) and that garrantees a better review. The room was quiet. Bed was good and the shower had hot water and pressure. I got everything I needed out of this stay and I would stay here again.
