This hotel is in an exceptional location and it was a pretty good price when we stayed. That being said, it wasn’t priced so well that it made up for several overall negatives about the stay here. Whether or not you could get the shower to provide hot water was a coin flip. They have portable ac units jerry-rigged in the windows in such a way that there is no sound deadening in the room whatsoever. Whatever is going on outside the hotel may as well be happening feet away from you. In downtown Seattle with sirens, loud homeless people and a never ending chorus of pigeons, it’s hard to ignore the constant and deafening noise of the city. The WiFi came in and out and even when you could connect it was incredibly slow. No onsite luggage storage if you get there early or have a late flight. Very very little cookware in the kitchenette to the point it makes it not all that useful. Our bed was comfortable but creaked and groaned with the slightest movement. This is a good place to stay if you’re a very heavy sleeper looking for a budget stay near pikes place. This is not a place you stay if you’re looking forward to relaxing on vacation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with any questions or requests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s a comfortable and reliable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future

The place is perfect to stay if you are visiting Seattle for vacation and want to see the tourist attractions. It is very accessible to everything—Target is just a few blocks away for groceries, and Pike Place Market is also very close. The location is near Westlake Station and several bus stops, which makes getting around very easy. If you are coming from Seattle Airport, it is simple to take the light rail and get off at Westlake Station. The monorail is also just a few blocks away if you want to visit the Space Needle. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great value stay. It is very quiet—you would never feel like you are in the middle of a busy city.

This location was unbeatable - just close enough to Pike Place to walk down any time but also set off out of the way of the crowded parts of downtown. The staff checked in every day and made everything available to us that we needed. The rooms were clean with the exception of some of the appliances in the kitchen but we ate out mostly so that didn’t bother us. Our view was pretty awful but we were in the room very little. Overall, it’s a great stay for the price as long as you have realistic expectations :)

Amazing location! The hosts were fast responders! Genuinely a great place to stay, place felt intimate and very comfortable. Highly recommend for those trying to explore Seattle. It was my first solo trip and the place felt like home
