Location is great with plenty of free parking. The lobby was clean and staff were friendly. The room was a bit dated with marked up furniture and a pull out couch vs other Hyatt’s have a couch with a trundle bed that is more comfy. The king bed mattress was too soft in an over-used sort of way. We stay at Hyatt frequently as I like the room set up better than other hotels. The room has a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and a small coffee maker. Needs some room upgrades, but overall a great hotel room.

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks. The area was quite calm and the best thing for me was the distance to asian district. It was about 10 minutes. The room condition was great. All works properly. The swimming pool was really nice and there is a hot-tub. The breakfast rotation was good. It looks like there are two and three days rotation, but it was good enough. I will definitely stay at this location again. Thanks.

Stayed here for the first time New Year’s Eve of 2024 going into 25, then booked my daughter‘s 11th birthday party here with a few friends in April 2025, and now today we’re having my daughter‘s 12th birthday party here with a few friends in May 2026. Always a great experience, rooms are always super clean and everything’s ready to go, pool is out outstanding the staff is great and let me just mention they have the best breakfast buffet of any hotel in Mesa. !! Come to think of it I probably shouldn’t leave this review because then more people will stay there and make it harder for me to get a room lol just kidding

Very nice property. Rooms are very comfortable and well laid out. Sectional couch, office desk, great shower. Walking distance (when it's not too hot out!) to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Nice pool.

The room was not great. Stains on the carpet. Dated. Furniture all scuffed up. Shower curtain rod about to fall off. The layout was good though. The other services made up so much for the room. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. Coffee 👏. Pool and hot tub were great. And Claudia at the front desk and the other support staff were great. Claudia above and beyond. I was really wondering how this had such high rating and I do think the staff is why.
