The hotel's exterior looked very dirty and dilapidated. The cabinets and shelves in the room were scratched—a condition that might be considered acceptable given the room rate. However, the worst aspects of my stay were the door lock and the male receptionist. Right from the moment I checked in, I was unable to open the door using the keycard the staff member had given me. Fortunately, a housekeeper happened to be nearby; I asked her to help me open the door, but she, too, was unable to open it using my card. Ultimately, she had to use her own card to let me in, while instructing me to return to the front desk to have my keycard reprogrammed. The receptionist reprogrammed the card and came up to my floor to assist with the door, but he warned me not to keep the keycard in my wallet. Before heading out, I made a point of specifically keeping the card in my pants pocket; yet, every time I returned to the room, I still could not get the door to open. Without fail, every time I had to go back down to ask the receptionist for assistance, he would scold me and demand to know why I had kept the card in my wallet. I explained that I had consistently kept the card in my pocket and suggested that he report the issue to management so the lock could be repaired; however, he stubbornly continued to place the blame on me, claiming that no other room had ever experienced such a problem. His attitude was extremely rude; the hotel truly needs to re-evaluate its staff training regarding how to treat guests with courtesy in the future.

Photos that are uploaded are in no way any indication of what the rooms actually look like. When we got here we were given a room that was not the one that we booked, when we asked to be moved we then walked into a room that smelled like a pack of cigarettes were just smoked. The rooms are dingy and dirty, the beds are horribly uncomfortable and one of the tvs did not work. The bathroom door did not lock, the water in the shower was not hot, there were stains on the bedding and the couch, the floor was very dirty, and the wifi never worked. We looked for another hotel to stay in but they were booked due to a holiday weekend. It was a rough weekend.

The reason its getting a 4 is because of what you pay to stay here its a decent spot for what you are paying for. Dont expect a 5 star hotel experience. It isn't the cleanest either if it was cleaner I would give it a 4 star. The 2 gentlemen that worked when I got there were very friendly and didnt try any funny business with the deposits. Very close proximity to Disney and other Buena Park attractions. Parking was free that's a plus and they got a vending machine if you need those late night snacks.

Bed bug infestation. I got attackedand we havepics of the large bed bugs.. It reported that it had a continental breakfast and in fact it did not. Management was rude and uncaring of the issues and refused to give me an incident report. They told me Management would contact me by the end of the day and they did not. Itching ruined my weekend with family. The motel clerk said, "feel free to check out and find another motel and we will refund you for the one day." I paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The 2nd rooms free of bed bugs had roaches and plumbing issues. Spiders as well. Granddaughter freaked out when she saw them and ran out. The motel also said they would switch rooms when one came available and then said none came available. They post a continental breakfast and the office said they don't do that. They have small single cup coffee pot, when we asked about coffee they said Starbucks is down the street inside Target. Worst birthday weekend trip stay ever. I do not recommend this place at all.

My first review had 3 stars ONLY because the dude who checked me in was totally polite, but ... That was before my bag wasn't returned to me. It wasn't even 24 hours I called like a million times, I left voicemails and I even sent a message, I described the bad and other items and I informed them that is WAS definitely in the room . I was told they would get back to me ... Which they did not and I've been calling ever since. My tarot cards (I can't believe I was so careless) were among the items that weren't returned.
