We have tried several hotels in the immediate area and have found that we like this one best. Between amenities, proximity and their rewards program, it's the best value for us. Rooms are perfect for our family, including good water pressure in the shower. Starbucks and a quick service cafe downstairs. Lovely restaurant for breakfast, if we have time. Close to Toy Story parking lot. Amazing service and rewards that keep us coming back.

Had a pleasant 1 night stay at this property. This hotel has a Disneyland shuttle every 30 minutes. Although I arrived in the afternoon instead of the morning, as otherwise planned, I was still able to take the most popular rides with a Premier pass, came to the hotel for dinner, and then went back to Disneyland for more rides. I bought a pet rabbit the next day & since he was in his pet carrier the 15 minutes for which he was the hotel, so I wasn't charged a pet fee, but an unscrupulous hotel would've asked for it. Mae at the front-desk (not sure if I got the name right) helped me with early check-in, late checkout & a complimentary upgrade although my stay was a free night redemption & I've dropped down to Discoverist status. The hotel staff is very prompt at responding to texts. The only downside is that housekeeping staff doesn't seem to clean chairs in rooms after a check-out, which is something I encountered at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe as well. Maybe they don't have it on their checklist, so YMMV. FWIW, a housekeeping staff member I interacted with spoke better English than I do, which wasn't the case at a Hyatt property in DC this Memorial Day, when a housekeeping staff member who didn't understand English tried entering my room thrice before 9 AM despite a DND tag at the door. I'd stay here again if I'd visit Disneyland again in the future. Its rates are good value for money, so I should've used my free night award elsewhere.

This hotel is amazing all around. The staff were very very friendly. They have a shuttle to the Disney park for 7$/day for unlimited usages back and forth. You are walking distance to Starbucks, target, food locations, whatever you need. The pool ambiance section is really nice. I felt extremely welcome the entire time starting from just turning into the driveway. The doorman took all my luggage (way too much for one person) and held the door open for me as well. The front desk gave me a bottle of water and said I could come back for more. I was given vouchers for the restaurant and a ticket to get a s'mores bundle. There is a bar, a restaurant, a gelato and cafe shop straight on site. The cleanliness was fantastic, they offered room service every day. I will say though, and I'm not sure how or what if there was some sort of miscommunication somewhere along the line but a technical group entered my room while I was resting and it startled me. I don't think they realize someone was in the room but they left when they found out. I believe this same thing happened the day after with room service. I tend to not put a lock or put my room as busy because usually people knock before coming in. It may have been some miscommunication and didn't in any way affect my satisfaction of this hotel. Overall : Amazing hotel. I would absolutely come back here if I was going to the area again.

This was my second time staying here. I enjoyed my stay the first time, just as much as I did this time. Check in (and check out) are very easy, and hotel staff are helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well kept. The location is wonderful. Very convenient for walking.

The price of this hotel is good for the value, the rooms are pretty modern and nice. The only downside is half the hotel has renovated already and the other half wasn’t. First time i went we didn’t get the newly revonated side, and then the second time we did. So if your going try and get the renovated side, I’m no sure which side of he hotel is renovated I don’t remember. Additionally the hotel gym is pretty big with lots of an equipment and there’s a whole pool and playing courts on the roof top.
