This hotel is good if you want to visit and explore Anaheim. It has decent breakfast and 2 pools. On outdoor and one indoor. The indoor pool is smaller and heated but the outdoor pool is cold and non heated. There is a hot tub as well but when my family and I were using it on the second day the jets stopped working. The rooms were decent but the handle on the shower was a little loose. There was no handle on the inside of the shower which made it a little hard to close. If your looking for an embassy suites to stay cation pick the one in La Jolla as it is a little better than this one. But for location this hotel is good because it is near angel stadium and Disneyland.

Karissa at the front desk was so kind and professional! She treated us so well as diamond members. She upgraded us to the family suite and also gave us a very good rate the next night because we wanted to extend! The hotel is nice and has a shuttle to Disneyland. It wasn’t running in the morning we went so they got us a Lyft. Very great service!

Good hotel. Right near Angel Stadium (just over a half mile walk). Slightly dated rooms but very good size. Fridge in room. Bar downstairs. Great accessibility to highways.

We had a nice stay. Came for an Angels game and it is in close proximity to the stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but clean. The free breakfast was very good. Bartender was amazing! If I had one complaint, it would be that there are no stairs. We waited for four elevators at breakfast time to go from floor 2 to floor 1. Each one before was full. We were told the stairs only go to the outside and will set off an alarm. Seems a little crazy to me!

Rooms are decent but need a deep cleaning. My room had Ants! 🐜 The girl at the front counter had a pour attitude! She act like I was bothering her when Iinformed her about the ants. She cut my off mid sentence. She stated she'll let maintenance know, have a good day.. Instead of hearing me out. It was frustrating and made feel like they don't care about their customers & their stay there. I was out food and a soda due to the Ants. And I didn't even get the chance to explain. Needless to say, I was upset about. So, after I cleaned it up and killed a bunch of ants. Maintenance shows up with a can of Raid. It was Comical.!! This Hotel doesn't even have a simple pump bottle to spray the floor by the walls. Instead, he was going to spray the countertop where the phone and alarm clock and lamp is. "With a Aerosol can of Raid" all that mess and overspray will get everywhere on my stuff on the bedding. Needless to say, I told him to come back after I check out. I'm not going to breath that stuff and have that chemical all over my personal belongings. Especially cause I had my 2 children with me! Luckily I was already packing to leave. Word of advice, you should wipe everything down if you say here. Who knows how many rooms, counter tops, phones, alarm clocks, are spraid with Raid Chemicals. Now let's talk Location. It's a decent area. But, the parking lot is Way To Small. They do not have enough parking to accommodate all their customers! Which is insane. It's like saying we'll rent you a room but I don't know what you're going to do with your car. It's a large hotel and Not enough parking! How does that make sense? I had to park next door, and was terrified all night that my car would be towed away! Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this hotel. It's a shame because it is a decent place. The rest of the staff was great! Just the one girl is a bad apple. The aerosol can of raid was a joke! And the parking situation! So it's kind of like, three strikes and you're out... I still give it four stars, because it has potential to be a great Hotel. The price is decent, the breakfast good, the selection is good, and I didn't feel unsafe. Just get here early to get a parking! I hope this helps...
