I'd describe Extended Stay as a slight step up from a Motel 6. The room was larger and included a kitchenette and recliner, which was nice for a short stay. The location was also convenient, with the stadium about a 15-minute walk away and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues upon arrival, including cleanliness concerns and maintenance problems in our initial room. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, I was quickly asked whether I wanted a refund. While I appreciate that they were willing to offer compensation, the response left me with the impression that guest complaints may not have been uncommon. Rather than immediately checking out, I chose to give the property another chance and requested a room change instead. The staff accommodated the room switch, which I appreciated, and the second room was an improvement. However, the overall property still felt dated, and the experience never fully shook the uneasy first impression. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep and don't plan on spending much time in the room, it gets the job done. For me, the location was the strongest feature. However, the overall atmosphere, room condition, and handling of guest concerns made it feel more like an upgraded budget motel than a hotel I would be eager to book again.

We highly recommend the extended stay America in Anaheim, we originally booked at a different hotel and upon arrival it wasn’t going to fit our needs so after driving around we saw the extended stay and we asked if the had availability and they did we were stressed out and tired after a long drive, and Grace was amazing and so helpful she was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time she’s very friendly and knows what’s she’s doing when it come to all around customers service, they are very accommodating when it to service animal as well. Great location, easy walk to everything like food and stores are easy to get to. The guy at night wasn’t very helpful but the rest of the staff was amazing, and again big shout out to Grace she was a life saver. Thanks again Grace and all the staff and extended stay America in Anaheim California

What an amazing stay!! From the minute we entered the lobby we were made to feel so welcomed by Brittany at reception. I have never felt such a warm and informative reception in my 46 years of travelling around the world. This wonderful lady made you feel cared for with a personal touch. Her welcoming glow made us feel at special. I also observed her care for the other customers waiting offering them seats etc. while they waited. This hotel I highly recommend, it's perfect in every way. Excellent facilities allowing you to do anything and everything you need on a trip or holiday. The laundry area, breakfast bar, kitchenette in every room providing all the items you need to cook your meals just puts the whole holiday at ease. All the staff were friendly, helpful and amazing making you feel like an individual giving you that personal feel that they really care about their customers. On our last day the gentleman (I didn't catch his name) and Rebecca with their support made the end of the stay just perfect. What a relief, free car parking does make a difference. The location is perfect quiet, clean and peaceful. We will mot certainly be back.

Grace and Taylor were amazing !! I had to say that first and foremost. My family and I will most definitely be returning. These ladies and the gentlemen who works the night shift made our trip that much better! I couldn’t thank them enough. I loved everything about my stay. From the amazing customer service, to the refreshing smell as you walked into the hotel doors, to your room smelling just as pleasant to the complementary breakfast. I was so happy they had my coffee and such that I enjoyed. This was a first time stay but wont be a last. 10/10 recommend !

The room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free zone. The bed was not stable to even sit on. There was no toilet paper. The ironing board was broken only had one leg. Their was grim all throughout the room. They stated breakfast was included however it was only coffee station as their “breakfast”. Overall would not stay here again.
