Be aware of the parking charge if you book this hotel through the Disneyland website. I booked a hotel + park ticket package through the Disneyland website and stayed 5 nights. When I arrived, I was informed that parking would be $50 per day. The front desk explained that if the room had been booked directly through the hotel, parking would normally be about $25 per day, but because the reservation came through Disneyland it was double the price. This ended up costing $250 just to park a rental car for the stay, which was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. The hotel itself was fine, but this fee was a big surprise and something travelers should definitely be aware of when comparing hotels. If you plan to stay here, you may want to check the parking rate carefully or consider booking directly with the hotel before finalizing a Disneyland vacation package. I hope the hotel considers being more transparent about parking costs for guests booking through the Disneyland website so other travelers aren’t surprised by this charge.

We just returned from our trip and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful, we do appreciate the hotel going the extra mile of providing cookies (at night) and coffee (even hot water) in the morning! The lobby is a great play to chill and talk to your loved ones during business trip, so I really enjoy it. The bathroom tissue on the counter was artistically arrange like a flower, which breaks my heart to use them! T_T The first time our room was cleaned, I still see lots of hair left on the bathroom floors, however the next time it was cleaned, it was so much better. We understand with many guests checking in, room cleaning was such a stressed.

Contacted this hotel because of the price that I saw, very cheap and was looking forward to staying here, this hotel only allows 21 and up “because they have a bar” most hotels have a bar and most likely have things in place so people underage don’t get drinks, like having a 21+ id present when purchasing alcohol. In this day and age most “teenagers” as she called me (I am 20) are able to afford a hotel like this. When I said this policy was stupid she went on to say “yes you are” lady get a grip we are in the 21st century, if I was in any other country this wouldn’t be a problem. I am appalled to how I was spoken to over the phone, and you lost a customer in the future. I will be staying at the embassy unless they decide to change this STUPID policy. Davina I believe the manger was that I spoke to over the phone shame.

The shuttle to disney is awesome. The hotel staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. I would stay here again.

Terrible customer service. We went here and due to a flight delay, we asked the workers at the front desk to hold our room so we could check in the next morning. She said yes. We arrive at the hotel asking to check in and this rude lady, i don't remember her name but she had an updo started yelling at us and ignoring our questions when we asked about the room. Then she said that she canceled our booking and gave the room to someone else. She also said, yes I know we said we could hold the room but our staff doesn't know what hold means, we can only check you in later. What a terrible conversation. Luckily someone had just canceled their room so we could take it, otherwise because of staff errors and rudeness we would have been left stranded. Terrible just terrible.
