Shuttle was nice wish it ran all day. The front desk is also the maintenance. Needed a plunger... had to fix it my self..... wasnt asked if I wanted too was just offered a plunger. Breakfast is what ever nothing crazy

I stayed here several times with my family throughout the years and they have never done me wrong! Perfect place to stay

Walls are thin so you can hear traffic. General manger does bear minimum to compensate you despite lack of sleep due to noise. “Unfortunately, as the traffic noise is out of control, this is the maximum points I will distribute.” This is all I get from the management. Don’t count on staff to compensate your lack of sleep. Their windows are single window so it gets loud when cars are around. The location is still 15 min from Disneyland and rooms are smaller than other IHG.

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. Great place to stay. Great breakfast selection. It changes every other day. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the 4th floor. Room was very clean. Sheets and bed was very clean no stains or smells from anywhere. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel.

This place is very nice, the service is great, staff is great and clean. We got a suite and it was very accommodating, separate bedroom. Their breakfast was great plenty variety to choose from. I've stayed at many places and, this place is great. Definitely will book it again for my next visit to L.A.
