The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in. A special shoutout to Socorro, who cleaned our room while we were out—when we came back, my little ones’ plushies were lined up so cute on the bed. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly meant a lot. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a mini fridge and microwave, which made our stay even more convenient. The location worked well for us, about an hour from Universal Studios and much closer to Knott’s Berry Farm. The area felt safe, and the pool was a great bonus. It was nice and warm, even on the cooler night we were there. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed here on our most recent trip to Disneyland in March and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hotel, the staff was all friendly and helpful, and the best part was having breakfast every morning! They had an assortment of breakfast items and the food was decent, but at least something to get you started for the morning before heading to the Disneyland park. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes away from Disneyland, making it much cheaper than hotels surrounding Disneyland. So if you don’t mind staying a little further away from the park and driving in each day, this hotel is great for you!

Found 5 roach nymphs in room 226 over the course of a few hours. Jocelyn at the front desk said they were NEARLY fully booked, so I couldn't be moved to another room. All I was offered was the GM's e-mail. I found one when I checked in and informed them of it. Went to dinner and returned to find more crawling around. The room also appears to have drain flies, so I had to close the drains to the sink and tub. Really hope they try to deal with the roaches before they book the room again.

Story,someone stayed at a Quality Inn and prepaid for 21 days. After staying only 7 days, she decided to check out early. I helped translate during the checkout process but the younger male front desk employee did not speak English well. The front desk staff took the room card and wrote something in a notebook, told us the room had been checked out successfully, and said we were free to leave. Based on his confirmation, we left the hotel. However, weeks later, my friend still had not received the refund for the unused days. When we returned to ask about it, the female manager claimed that the room had never been checked out because “the computer system showed no checkout record.” This is extremely unprofessional. Guests should not suffer financial loss because of poor staff communication or internal management problems. If an employee confirms a checkout and allows guests to leave, the hotel should take responsibility instead of blaming the customer afterward. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled and hope management seriously improves staff training and refund procedures.

Look don't get me wrong there are many good things to say about this location but the fact of the matter is we made a reservation for two beds. They gave us a single bed and a roll out only to find out they gave out all the roll outs already and our reservation we made over two months out wasn't being honored. So the fact that I had to sleep on the floor makes this place a 1 star. There are other things too but I won't post them as it would be overly malicious and right now I'm just trying to take care of my sore back.
