Friendly staff and clean environment, but the pull out couch bed had no sheets or blankies, and a terrible thin mattress with some obvious wear and minor holes and tears (in the pullout couch mattress), also the room AC looked old and beaten, but did work and was not too loud. My teen didn't care too much about the pullout sleeper, but most people would not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was ok. I do not like the refillable soap bottles that all these places use..

Very friendly service. Free breakfast is ok there's a bit they don't carry that most hotels.do. we upgraded to 2 suites... One didn't have a mini fridge though it's listed... One didn't have an ottoman which isn't that big a deal, the furniture in one room was old and worn out... If you can get past that, they had Direct TV. Which was nice, including some actual movie channels... And most importantly, location was fantastic. We were within walking distance of anything you'd want to do in Old Town and many other things as well. Location was the best thing about this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! 5:25pm on 01/23. Just checked in to a hotel with an empty lot and the woman at the front desk was pretty tweaked and seemed to be high on some kind of drug. She was extremely rude when I asked for a room near the exit… she tells me nothing was available and gives me a room on the top floor in the middle of the building, completely opposite what I asked just to spite me. Rooms are no good. Go to the Hilton

I spoke with Linda on the phone to confirm my reservation was correct and that I got assigned to the correct room. Linda assisted me and even helped us when we arrived to the hotel the following day and remembered our discussion! Very grateful for Linda and the entire team that made our visit so special!

DO NOT book a whirlpool room. They are filthy and have an overwhelming smell of mildew. The 2 stars are because their regular rooms are actually nice and the service was great as well.
