I would love to give the a 5 star review. Their service was top notch. The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV worked great, bathroom was neat and well stocked. Their indoor pool was nice too 🙂 we enjoyed it as soon as we arrived and love it. Their included breakfast was delicious included egg omelette, bacon, potatoes, fresh waffles, toasted bread, coffee, tea, juices, jams, milk, cereal and Oatmeal as well. Truly a nice breakfast and functioning elevator, everything was almost perfect. The only problem I had was that the room had a smell of urine from the carpet that just wasn't cool at all. That's the only trouble I had but I told the front lobby and hopefully they will clean the carpet or change it all together to get rid of that smell. I probably will stay here again but will be more thorough with the inspection. We were super late and tired we just checked in and went straight to the pool. I'll probably inspect the room next time

We enjoyed our two day stay. The king suite was very roomy. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. There was plenty of hot water for bathing. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and was yummy. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. There also was a computer in the lobby and an atm. The indoor pool was great and opened most of the day, 6am-12am. It was my favorite part of our stay. Although, the spa was not working at that time. The location is convenient to the freeway and I felt safe in the area. It is nothing fancy, but a comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable stay. I will definitely be staying again when I am in the area.

I have not been in this hotel in a very long time. I had to book it again for my granddaughter’s graduation. The rooms are so dated and cleaning declined in the rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable plus they haven’t fixed the hot tub. They have a completely new staff working. The new front desk trainee was a total joke. But I was so glad to see that at breakfast they still have the same person I met ten years ago. Same great food and she’s still as amazing as I remember. She recognized us right away and that made me feel so special. She interacted with practically every single guest and some even went a hugged her hello and good bye. The reason why im giving a five star review it’s because of her. Plus she kept everything so clean.

This is a good hotel. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were all great. It's better for short stays I think. I travel for work for 12 days and 11 nights per trip. I sell massage chairs at Costco stores throughout California and Nevada. I've been to Fresno twice now. Here are the best things about this hotel. 1. Location. Freeway close. 2. The room was clean and the king bed was soft. (The pillows could have been firmer) 3. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of options. I travel alone but I saw kids eating cereal and oatmeal. I had all my usual favorites. 4. 24/7 Coffee..!!!! I like iced coffee day or night so i really appreciated that. Here's the only bad issue I had. I don't let house keeping in daily. I left the Do Not Disturb sign off. They only cleaned once out of 4 times they should have cleaned. 4/5.

This was one of the most frustrating and unsafe hotel experiences I have ever had, with absolutely no sense of safety, privacy, or basic customer care throughout the entire stay. I booked a room that was supposed to have double queen beds, but when we checked in, the room we were given only had one bed. When we went back to the front desk to explain that we had reserved a double queen room, the hotel staff did not acknowledge it and acted as if we had not booked that room type at all. It honestly felt like the hotel could change or ignore confirmed reservations however they wanted, and at no point did anyone offer even a basic apology or attempt to take responsibility for the mistake. The situation became even worse when we first entered the room and found another guest’s bag already inside. This was extremely terrible. It made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned, whether it had already been assigned to someone else, and whether our belongings would be safe if we stayed there. Instead of treating this as a serious privacy and security issue, the staff simply found the owner of the bag and removed it from the room with no apologies again. That did not make us feel safe or comfortable at all. A hotel room should be private and secure, and guests should never walk into a room where someone else’s belongings are already inside. What made the whole experience even worse was that the staff never offered a sincere apology at any point. Not for giving us the wrong room type, not for denying that we booked double queen beds, not for the other guest’s bag being inside our assigned room, and not for the serious security concerns this caused. It honestly felt like the hotel did not care about guest safety, privacy, or basic customer service at all. The way they handled the situation was careless, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. If a hotel cannot make sure that rooms are properly assigned, secured, and cleaned before giving them to guests, then it should not be operating like a normal hotel, and honestly I cannot understand how a place with this level of disorganization is allowed to operate. Because nearby hotels were sold out, we ended up having to cancel our travel plans and drive several hours back home in the middle of the night. Overall, this hotel handled everything terribly: the wrong room type, denial of our double queen bed reservation, another guest’s bag inside our assigned room, no meaningful apology. Instead of trying to resolve any of these issues, the hotel showed no concern for its guests at all. They refused to offer any reasonable solution, compensation, or refund option, and their attitude made it clear that they simply did not care about the inconvenience, stress, and safety concerns they caused. The whole experience felt disorganized, stressful, and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here.
