Never paid for a room, but every time I stayed here I had a good time. 100 for the night, the rooms ain't bad. Prices change for weekends ant arena events. The dudes at the counter are cool, they don't ask too many question. And location ain't too bad, especially with the built-in Subway and McDonald's nearby. All in all, it's not a bad mo-mo.👍

The room was clean. It smelled freshly serviced. The space was quiet at the location was perfect for quick bites to eat in the downtown area of Fresno and the price was perfect. We had a king size room. It had microwave and fridge that both worked, a nice size TV and a comfortable chair for lounging.

The rooms are nice, the pool is clean BUT for some reason they still have not returned my 100 deposit back to my card. When I called to straighten this out they couldn't give me an explanation for the delay in returning my deposit they said I had to call back when the manager was in BUT I've called 3 times since then and still not resolved. Make sure you ask before you check out about the return policy regarding your deposit. They told me deposit will be returned in 3-5 days at the most when I checked out. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.

The service is fast but the workers are disrespectful, rude and act like they don't even want you booking a room. The room I checked into isn't that bad but the front door doesn't close properly, the TV keeps freezing, going off and on. So the TV doesn't work properly, the sink is a broken and you can't really turn it on.

Pool was open daily, and subway was connected to the hotel in downtown fresno. Air conditioner stayed so cold I had to turn it off a couple times in 100 degree weather it was ice cold in my room my whole 21 day stay.
