Spent four nights here. Good price and staff were all superb. But this is a once grand hotel on the decline. It was like a ghost town while I was there. Room was clean and comfortable. Towns were nice and soft rather than the stiff scratchy ones often found. In the room, one sink was very slow draining but provided hot water if you turned it in the cold direction. The other sink drained well but unable to provide hot water. I had to ask for fresh towels and trash removal myself on day three. Outside, the expansive parking lot desperately needs resurfacing and many. If the fascia wood over the entrance show a lot of dry rot. The Steak &Anchor Restaurant hardly ever opens, due to low turn out for dinner. Guests go to the bar to sit or order food. The Captain's Cove open 7-11AM serve a decent breakfast. Both my waitresses were excellent. I used to come here in my youth when the place was indeed grand. Sad to see the decline.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had and I stay at a lot of hotels and motels. The price was very cheap for how nice the place is, they were very friendly and checked me in extremely fast so already off to a great start. Checkout was 12 instead of 11 which I highly value. I accidentally slept in late (I've never not been woken up at or slightly before checkout) and they didn't wake me up at all. I rushed to get all my stuff out the front door in a panic so I wouldn't get charged and they were cleaning the rooms around me and nicely asked if I was staying or leaving and told me not to worry. This place is very nice, very accommodating, and very affordable. This is definitely my go to place everytime I'm in the area! good luck finding a nicer place for cheaper than this HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

HAUNTING Experience!! We stayed in piccadilly inn as it was very near to the airport and in budget. My wife had a early morning flight I had a later flight, After she left i tried to fall back asleep, in a little while i started hearing some foot steps sounding closer and closer, i thought its room next door or hallway.as its very old property. But all of sudden i felt somebody jumped on bed like i felt the weight on my bed, it moved i immediately turned on lights checked doors and balcony both locked felt someone accidentally came in, but nobody in room. I have lived alone almost my entire life but never had Paranormal experience. Absolutely crazy! I got my stuff and checked out. Told my encounter to check in lady, she said people have told her about paranormal stuff happening there. Absolutely nuts. Changed my viewpoint.

This hotel gets it right and on a budget. We were very pleased with our short stay to catch an early- morning flight. We dropped our rental car off the night before and choose to walk the half mile back to Piccadilly. The 3a.m. shuttle was waiting to bring us to the airport -- prefect match for our needs! Thank you!

OLD OLD Hotel that has not been updated. Paper thin walls, and a floor that creaks everyrime everywhere. Also no elevator. Never saw any security, had loud people in the hall running back ans forth. Not a relaxing experience and a lot of shady people there. Also lobby had trash laying in floor, tables, and had not been cleaned.
