Was looking for a place to spend a night to continue our trip and this place turned out to be a great budget place. Absolutely no complaints.

Room had brand new renovated bathroom that was spotless. Bed was clean and comfy. Carpet is a bit dated though and outside of hotel smelled slightly of sewage (i doubt it is from the hotel though). Hotel is in front of busy street but inside room still pretty quiet. The staff is always cleaning which is nice to see. They really spent a lot of effort to keep the hotel clean. Price is more than fair, and breakfast was simple and could be better if it had more hot food.

Nice and cheap hotel with parking and free wi-fi breakfast is included in the price. Convenient for its proximity to Sequoia and Kings Canyon

I stop here often, when going to visit my grandchildren. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and caring, I count on their welcoming smiles and spotless rooms! I have stopped here for many years and will as long as I can travel! I only wish they would return the scrambled eggs to the morning breakfast, it was wonderful and made my visit complete! Thank you my friends!

Nice rooms, bed was good place overall is clean and quiet along with a good breakfast selection
