Breakfasts i am used to with Marriott ( i was a Titanium/Platinum ) was non existent for the most part. Running out of breakfast items is never acceptable. Offering breakfast items equal to Quality Inn etc., while rooms were easily much, much more is also a bad reflection on Marriott's brand. Making the bed 1 X during my 7 day stay is not the Marriott I know. Cold or very cold coffee in the sitting area is not acceptable at all. Not greeting Bonvoy members is worse when the arrival gift is ignored is terrible. The business center "nook" was out of order. I was not impressed and now will consider the Hilton stays as the go to going forward. The room? Was alright, not great. Stains on carpet, tv stand broken in corner and just overall just not reflective of the price of my stay. I honestly wish I could rate higher but all of my reviews in all categories have been honest and a true reflection of my experience, thus I will stand by this review as FAIR.

I wasnt pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was friendly from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. My husband and kids also enjoyed talking with the breakfast attendant. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was one of the largest hotel pools I have come across in my travels. My kids enjoyed the pool, while I preferred the hot tub. Laundry room was easy to find they only had one washer and dryer that ran off an app, or quarters. We did have to pay $10 a night for parking, which unfortunately is now an industry standard. For full disclosure I do work for a Marriott Hotel, so I often look for other Marriotts to stay at. My husband has to travel to the area frequently for work coming up and he already has said he plans to use this hotel again once the project starts.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, loved the split room so it feels like a living room and bedroom separately. Nice size bathroom and shower. Loved sink area was outside of shower and toilet area. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Pool area was nice and all night fitness was welcomed. Parking was so so. Only one washer and one dryer but it worked. Definitely would recommend.

High school kids got here on my serving night. Running up and down the halls knocking on doors and prank calling guests with hotel phone system. Woke me up twice by knocking and running. I spoke to front desk in person, they acknowledged problems and said security was coming in. Hoping a quieter night and good sleep.

Super super dirty hotel. Really nasty all around. Checked in to room 208 and it wasn't cleaned well but wasn't going to make a big deal about it until we saw pee stains on the mattress my son was going to sleep on. Showed front desk the photo and the woman working there was really nice and changed our room right away after I asked if we could be upgraded from the king/pull out sofa to 2 queens. Moved all our stuff over to room 204 and the lack of cleanliness continued. The walls and ceilings are very dirty, there are stains and fluids (potentially bodily) on chair and couch, the bathroom has mold on the ceilings and inside the shower and there was something brown on the shower curtain next to the toilet if you get what I’m saying. Also, the "renovations" I think are the same that have been going on for 6+ years according to the other reviews awhile back. The construction equipment on the outside looks like it's been sitting there for years and hasn't been used for a long time now and nothing looks recently renovated. Google reviews didn't seem bad which is what I had originally looked at but I should've checked Yelp since those reviews seem to line up with our experience better. Update: Management from the hotel reached out to me after I filled out their internal survey and comped the room charge which I appreciate! Changed 1 star to 2 star because atleast the staff was consistently great!
