This place almost had us leaving happy but decided to screw that up when we checked out. How? They decided to keep our $100 deposit due to paw prints on their bed sheets. Despite paying a $30 pet fee. My dog is well behaved potty trained. Doesn't chew things, she might shed a little but overall she is a well groomed behaved a dog. That's why I travel with her. I reported the incident to corporate. And the better business bureau is next. There were absolutely no major damages nor minor ones. Besides a few dirty towels and some paw prints that weren't of mud or grease of any sort just regular day maybe walking on their asphalt paw prints. Ruined my whole day knowing people like this are out here taking what they can at any given opportunity. I will never come back here and those of you who do be careful of the minimalist things in their rooms vecause they will get you.so sad to see a business so desperate for money!

Got a room here due to being out late The room looked clean at first till you really start paying attention. we could not use the refrigerator because it was completely filled with mold the TV did not turn on there was 1 Roach that I seen maybe more during the night who knows the walls needed some care and the floor was not swept and mopped correctly also the shower doesn't have a door so it makes a big mess everywhere and we did check the bed and the bed checked out with no problem also I still have not received a receipt upon checkout

The guy that checked us in was fast and friendly. We only stayed one night. The bed was very loud, however it was clean and very white. Bathroom is small. You have to take the roll off cause its extremely tight in the. The shower is decent. What I did have an issue with was the consistent tripping over the planks on the floor that are lifting and separating.

Convinient location if you're there for an event at the Chuckansi Park, literally 5 min walk. Stayed here twice and check in representative are dry. No customer service whatsoever. Got asked to wait 45 min because I was there too early and was denied early check in despite offering to pay the fee. Inconsistent since that wasbt the case the last time I stayed. The bathroom door wouldn't shut because the door latch was broken at our last visit. Don't recommend at all.

The guy up front wouldn't take me 30 minutes early for check in even though the room was ready. Pool is kinda green. Good downtown location. Free breakfast for all guests. Plenty of parking. Room looked clean. AC worked well. Fridge and micro was available. Not many eateries too close too here. Price was really good.
