Not worth the price, go elsewhere. The building is small, dated, and showing wear. The rooms are clean but awkwardly designed and getting old. Good heat but no windows for ventilation or bathroom fans. The pool is a joke, so tiny. Breakfast is fine. The staff is friendly. But oh they charge parking too, for no reason, next to a failing Barnes and Noble and their own large lot. Go elsewhere for the price.

So we decided to go on vacation and booked a suite. we wanted a small kitchen, a pullout sofa with a separate room from the living room so we can all fit comfortably. I booked this hotel just for that reason/options. we arrived to the hotel after a long flight to find out that they no longer have our booked suite available. They could have called/email us about this matter at any time before our arrival but they didn't. our options were either cancel the order/room or get a room of 2 queen beds with no kitchen living room and pullout sofa. They called that room an "UPGRADE". We had to take that option since it was too late to book another hotel. (They didn't adjust the price that clearly was the cheaper option then our suite) We arrived to the room and wanted to take a bath.. shower plug is broken. We set up a crib for the baby with no fitted sheet or any other beddings to cover the thin mat with (that mat was not clean to sleep on-and sheets were not provided to us.) we improvised a blanket and wrapped the mat with it. It ended up not being safe (since my little one can easily pull that blanket over his head and take a risk that he would suffocate) we each ended up sharing a bad with our kids! (on vacation yes? after we paid extra for a suite so we can have a bedroom to ourselves!) and right when we went to bed I've noticed something yellow picking out from the inside of the pillow cover. It was the pillow itself! It was so yellow and old I didn't want to sleep on something like that and there were 3 more pillows just as disgusting as the 1st one. I have no more words to say. I've paid a lot of money just to get the room I did not want and a vacation from hell. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

The room is comfortable for what it is. It’s a Hampton Inn. It’s not a full Hilton but what most impressed me as a diamond member is the service. From the second I checked in I had Queenie, who was absolutely amazing. She waited while I sorted some things out with the Diamond desk and was more than a happy person to every person that walked in that door that is the way Hilton has been rounded themselves and it makes you feel like you’re home. Listening to her talk to Christoper as he was leaving for the day. It definitely felt like a family environment. Unfortunately, they closed down their business center, but it’s OK because I asked Christopher for some help and wow, he came through like a rockstar assisting me with what I needed. You can’t find servers like this elsewhere. This is definitely someplace that Hilton should be proud to be part of and these people both Queenie and Christoper make it what it is. Thank you for this day. I’ll be back.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, but despite a bit of wear, it is super clean! Hotel room service was daily and exceptional—nice clientele and a nice area close to NJH. The hotel staff was pleasant. I will definitely return for my next visit. I was there for 7 nights

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Cherry Creek. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was welcoming, and the location was very convenient for exploring Denver. Everything met the high standards you'd expect from a Hampton property, making for a comfortable and great-value trip.
