Rooms were great! Hotel was as expected for Hilton Garden Inn - very good! Staff was wonderful! They have a great gym, laundry was very nice, they have an indoor pool too. One challenge was they have 1 elevator that is on the fritz. Apparently, it's an on again off again situation. The bed was great, however, the pillows, not so much. They were all soft and mushy. Would we stay here again, yes, ABSOLUTELY!

I had such an amazing experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize Erin for going completely above and beyond for me. From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.After I got all the way back home, I realized I had accidentally left one of my cowboy boots behind. I was stressed thinking it was gone for good, but Erin was so helpful and reassuring through the entire process. She took the time to help locate it quickly, kept great communication with me, and made me feel like I truly mattered as a guest.It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much care and effort into helping people, and her customer service honestly made such a lasting impression on me. Thank you again, Erin, for your kindness, professionalism, and for going the extra mile it truly did not go unnoticed! I will DEFINITELY be staying here again and telling all my friends and family about this amazing place!

My girlfriend and I were here for a quick 1 night stay. This place has the potential to be great, however, there are a few glaring issues that should be rectified before I can rate any future stay 5 stars. Our check-in experience left much to be desired. When we arrived to check in, the receptionist started the transaction, only to answer the phone mid check-in and delay the process by 5 minutes as she assisted this person who called. This was weird to say the least. She also mentioned that both of the elevators were broken, and offered to upgrade us so we didn’t need to walk up as many stairs, and comp our parking as a nice gesture. Well, that “upgrade” was a room with a queen bed when we reserved a king bed. Had we been made aware of this, we would have walked up the extra flights of stairs. Additionally, when we received the bill, the parking charge was posted. Why offer to waive this if you are going to charge us anyway? While free breakfast is a nice benefit of any hotel, this breakfast station was disorganized. Despite there being an attendant close by, she needed to be informed of many items missing (plates, bowls, cups, etc.) by numerous guests. If somebody is going to be stationed there, they should at least be monitoring the area and ensuring that all essential items are fully stocked. To finish this review on a positive note, the pool/hot tub facilities were nice, the gym was well equipped, the rooms were clean, and a bar with food offerings was a nice touch. We also liked that the location, and proximity to other restaurants, stores, etc.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The management here is some of the worst I’ve seen. I had left an item in a room and first she lied to me saying the item had been found and they were going to give it to me. Then she said she was confused and misunderstood what the cleaning staff told her. They had me waiting for over an hour. She was rather hostile and definitely not what you’d expect from someone who works in the hospitality business. Other than that I could not get a single good night sleep in my entire stay due to the AC being extremely loud and beds being uncomfortable. I would not stay here again

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay in Denver. The property was well-maintained, with both the lobby and the pool area being notably clean and inviting. ​While the overall experience was great, there were two small inconveniences: check-in was a bit slow due to a staff shortage, and one of the two elevators was out of service, which led to some wait times. Also, be aware that parking is available for a $15 daily fee. ​That said, the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Kinnserly at the Front desk. She assisted us with the kind of professional service and warm smile you expect from a Hilton property. We would definitely stay here again!
