We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Denver Downtown. Gianni was amazing and helped us with an early check-in and even upgraded our room because of a small inconvenience and for being members, which we really appreciated after traveling. The breakfast was great every morning and the service throughout our stay was excellent. When we were leaving, Thomas and Justina were also incredibly helpful and helped us with a late checkout, making our departure much easier. Overall, the staff went above and beyond. Huge thank you to Gianni, Thomas, and Justina for the exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

Been here only 20 minutes. The air conditioning doesn't work and our phone line is dead. My mom is already asking to switch rooms. The lady who checked us in definitely doesn't care about her job. This place is horrible. Do not waste your money on it. Brought us a fan to use. Second night much better. They moved us to a different room with working air conditioning, ice bucket, microwave and refrigerator.

The rooms are very small but clean. We had the room with 2 full size beds and it was tiny. I love how they provide all the essentials lotion, shampoo, body wash etc. breakfast was great. Great walkable location. They were quick to get things fixed like the hall lights that went out. Parking is only valet but they were friendly and quick. Overall they were super friendly, very clean, I would stay again

Stayed in room 1573 for 3 days. We didn’t have ac, no microwave, no fridge, and the water pressure sucked. Oh and no coffee maker, while my dad, who stayed next room, had all the stuff listed above. Why is that? I won’t be back. Oh and you can tell the toilet hasn’t been scrubbed in a long time.

Greeted by super nice friendly professional staff arriving at midnight. Tall black gentleman I forgot the name. Comes with really good continental breakfast with wide range of choices, I had eggs, bacon, gravy. Room was clean and cozy, nice window views. 24 hour good coffee, a reverse osmosis alkaline drinking fountain with great tasting water. All the staff are just so nice. Nice Korean cafeteria lady let you grab last call of breakfast. Easy walkable area to many attractions. Good price / value. Really don’t get why they only have 3.5 stars.
