Glena was so spectacular. Not just for my visit in particular, but she exhibited amazing care and generosity towards everyone I saw her interact with. The rest of the staff is equally kind. It’s clean, affordable, and has been consistent. It’s a solid deal, with quality staff, and good regulars.

For being exactly what it is, it does its job well. You want a room and you want it cheap and clean? this is your spot. The outside noise travels very well so maybe being headphones. Theres many cameras to ward off any nefarious activities. Right down the street from a quality mj dispo, and convenient location. Get your booty there early though they sell out of room fast even on a random thursday. staff was great and super helpful!

I am giving a very healthy 5 star review to Shannon and Diamond, who proved very helpful in managing a snafu a booking site made when reserving room. They made it easy to continue forward with early checkin after a long tiring drive. I am very thankful for them as i would not have had a place to stay without their help. They jumped right in and corrected the booking without hesitation. They are a true team and it shows. I witnessed many who had reservations at the same time come in and say hi and chat with them while i was there. They make great personal connections and made all feel at home. It really says a lot about their genuinely friendly nature. They are God sent!! Thank you ladies!!

Upon ariving, Lilyth was alone at the check in desk on a Saturday evening. We waited 20ish mins to be able to check in, as they were busy as hell and they were alone. After waiting, they had to use the restroom (so fair, I'm not mad at that, theyre alone in there). So more waiting. Fair enough. Once we arrived to our room, the heater wasn't working at all. Its supposed to be around 30° tonight, and we have a child with us. Lilyth was super attentive and clearly worked hard to move us, which we appreciated. It was under an hour and they had it figured out. I am super happy with their service! The room is..ok. nothing fancy, smells kinda like pets but hey, its a pet friendly hotel. The pictures online definitely dont match what you get but the price can't be beat so.. do with that what you will. Overall Lilyth is the shining light of our experience today. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed, room smells and accommodations be damned. All I can say is if corporate reads this, please have more staff on-site to help. A hotel this big on a Saturday needs to be fully staffed, no matter how good one person is at check in.
