We booked a room here and their pool was closed, without warning! No ice machines, none of that was disclosed. However, we we met "unc"Michael and the kitchen and bar staff. They were super accommodating, gave us recommendations and took the time out to greet us! We had to pay for a resort pass, but the food is great and the people working were awesome ! If it was a place that was open during the summer with a rooftop pool this would have been five stars! Should of disclosured that!

Check in was smooth, staff was pleasant, and the room was as anticipated. Our group thought the $55 a night to park was a bit steep, and were lucky to find a garage right around the corner that's $7 a night. It was our preference, but would give a heads up you would have to carry your additional luggage (that not dropped at the door) that distance. We wish we had the opportunity to experience the bar, but unfortunately it closed early. Overall, location is great depending on what you want to see but would suggest a car-free experience if possible and a back up plan for a drink to end the night.

Booked last minute and the process was super easy and straightforward. The only surprise was that self-serve parking wasn’t available in their private garage, and the booking/website could’ve been clearer about that. We went with the $55/night valet for the security of our car overnight in downtown Denver. Room was nice, though the temperature never really got below 66°. The bar was a nice touch and the bartender was great. In the morning we went down for what we thought was complimentary breakfast, but were told our room number wasn’t on the prepaid list and there would be an additional fee, which was a bit confusing. Overall, decent stay with a few unexpected details.

They don't have free breakfast and they have no microwaves in their room. I didn't have a bathtub even though I asked for one. They took my deposit and charged me an extra $100 because my room smells like smoke after coming inside from smoking outside. I never smoked in my room. For how much you paying you could get better somewhere else

Nice hotel in the middle of Denver. Good access to lots of fun stuff in Downtown. Good rooms. Clean. Comfy beds. Good access to parking as well. Will bookmark this place to stay in the future.
