Our stay at the Capital Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a team that truly embodies what outstanding hospitality looks like. Two staff members in particular — Frank and Alex — went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, local knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm transformed a hotel stay into something that felt personal. They offered thoughtful recommendations on dining, sightseeing, and entertainment that we actually used and loved. Frank, especially, left a lasting impression. His professionalism and sincere care for guests is the kind of rare quality that elevates an entire establishment. He didn’t just make us feel welcomed — he made us feel at home. The Capital Hilton is fortunate to have people like Frank and Alex representing its brand. We will absolutely return, in large part because of the human connection they created. Thank you for reminding us that the best part of travel is still the people you meet along the way.

Frank was a good front desk agent! He was very helpful and kind. The property was nice and clean as well. Our rooms were not cleaned the best but that was the only downside. 7/10 recommend!

My son and I stayed during the UFC 250 event and loved every minute of it! Clay at the front desk was very imformative and professional . Answered every inquiry for Washington and it's many sites! Very impressed with the cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was well worth the price! Would definitely consider this location next time in the area. Thanks Clay for making our stay memorable.

I am currently staying at the Capital Hilton and wanted to share the excellent service I had today at the front desk. I flew into DC today on a redeye flight and had been up for 28 hours when I inquired if my room was ready. It was not and checkin time was not for a few hours. But Theresa went out of her way to locate another room that was available. She was kind and curtious. She knew it meant alot to me. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy and you can’t beat the location. Thank you Theresa for making my day.
