Our stay was great. Employees were very friendly. It’s an older property that could use some updating, like many Embassy’s, but the location is great. The bar and social hour was one of the best. The happy hour prices were great. The bartenders, Rachelle, Mikayla, and Jose were exceptional! They we very welcoming to all, friendly, fun and the best part of our stay each evening. They engaged with everyone at the bar and we felt like old friends by the time our stay was over. This will definitely be our place to stay when in DC.

Beautiful hotel! We had a large room with a street view, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Elaf at the reception for genuinely caring and helping me out… she was incredibly thoughtful. Also, Mahlet at the District Tap restaurant took great care of us and made our experience fun and so enjoyable. Location was perfect as well.

First time stay at the Embassy Suites near Georgetown. The location was perfect -- short walk to both Georgetown (shops), Dupont Circle (restaurants), and metro stations. Didn't end up using our car the entire trip as a result. Dominique at the front desk was amazing! Wonderfully cheerful/positive, recognized our diamond status without prompting, upgraded us without asking to an excellent room, and answered all our questions about the area/hotel. Our room was completely quiet despite the hotel size / # of kids around. As others have noted, breakfast was very good -- we slept in a bit, so it was definitely crowded, but still a quick process (except for the omelette station, which backs up).

You come for the room, you leave with smiles. Room is spacious, and the staffs are great. There's a complimentary snack bar open during happy hour. The pool is clean and heated. Great for the whole family to stay during the winter season.

I just checked in at Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown and wanted to recognize Dayonna at the front desk for her excellent service. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and extremely informative during the check-in process. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the arrival smooth and easy. She represents the hotel very well and honestly deserves a raise. A great first impression thanks to her professionalism and customer care.
