Great hotel! Extremely clean, the staff were all such a joy, and the location is wonderful! Was there for a conference and I thought the layout for the conference rooms was great! My room was incredible! I might have just gotten lucky with my room, because my view was fantastic! I traveled solo and I felt very safe the entire time! I hope to come back and visit with my family, I would absolutely decide to stay here again!

Loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were modern, spacious, and most importantly clean! It’s also a great location in the city. The staff was amazing and helpful. Big shoutout to Dylan and Sebastian for helping me even after my stay find out what type of bed is used at the hotel! They graciously sent me a picture of the tag, after I’m sure I annoyed them lol. Thanks for the great stay!

super clean & friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay, we upgraded our room for a better view and it was stunning. We had our one year old daughter with us and thankfully they had cribs available. Most hotels only have pack n plays but our daughter prefers cribs- which was a huge relief. They also had a fridge in the room so we could keep our baby milk! Also got a $25 dinner credit each night which was awesome. The bean is in walking distance & very close to magnificent mile, lots of shopping. As far as parking- we chose to park in a lot near by (5 min walk) for $17/night instead of the $90 they charge. You can find available lots on spot hero. Would stay again!

By far my favorite hotel to stay in while in Chicago for work and fun. My room was huge and I enjoyed chilling on the comfy chais lounge. It has everything you need - restaurant options, a big market and a great staff! As far as staff goes - David B., the main doorman, was a delight! He was a friendly face and conversation each day, which certainly brightened up my visit. Even though he was rooting for the Spurs - we forgive him tho - nobody’s perfect ;) #KnicksIn5 🤩🗽Thank you Hyatt, I’ll be back!

This hotel is connected to a convention centre so it’s quite large with a East Tower and West Tower. The lobby space and restaurant set up is nice. My room was on the 36th floor and was quite nice, they offered a $10 upgrade of a river view room which I declined (probably would have been worth it). The staff were quite nice, and available to respond by text messages which was very helpful to arrange smooth checkin. My room had a king size bed, couch, 70” tv, bathtub and was newly renovated with a modern design. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, but overall I slept well. One issue with the hotel is that it lacks a pool, which I expected given its a Hyatt Regency location. The gym was small, considering there are combined 70+ floors of rooms in this hotel. The other issue is that this hotel had a hidden Destination Fee (scam) that is an extra $40 charged every night, with no benefit for guests. You get a $25 food credit, but the food at the bar downstairs left something to be desired. Destination / Resort fees are a scam, so whatever price you are paying when making your reservation, remember to add an additional $40 to it for each night of your stay. Attached is a picture of my chocolate cake that was $9, you can guess how it tastes.
