From the moment I arrived, Sentral Chicago felt like home. The staff were always helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the view was incredible. The WiFi was strong and reliable throughout. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great location! Close to everything ! Front desk staff was very polite and professional and Informative . Matt was a superstar! Cool infinity pool , dope gym and a cool game room !! The heat works a little too good lol. The Valet next door was superb! Bathroom could use some paint

Upon arrival there were no one to greet us , or to give us keys to our room. The check in process wasn't clear explained , a random resident from Sentral explained to us that we were supposed to use the computer. There wasn't no number or go to person when needed something or simply wants to ask a question.Parking lot is around the corner from hotel. So unloading suitcases were troublesome ,wish they had some type of carrier. It was heavy traffic in and out the building, people and thier dogs. Nice area,close to several attractions. Shout out to older security guard male, on the second day of our stay , he greeted us, and made us feel welcomed . The other younger male security guard was on his phone, texting and playing games. Not really being aware of the environment. It's a vending machine in the lobby area, which is good. The room had a musty smell to it ,it was fairly clean, although bathrooms walls looked like pee splash on the walls, and the mirrors in the bathroom needed cleaning. Look like toothpaste was splatter on it. The couch wasn't the same from the picture, the couch had a couch cover that looked itchy ,and unattractive to the eye. Living room area was crowded, with a lot of unnecessary furniture. Awesome amenities.

This property was amazing!! it was Nef Lead right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Close to all the attractions that you would want to see including Grant Park. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was better parking options, but that’s the case in most downtown areas. Lavi was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Will book again.

Booked one night after a red-eye flight. At check-in I was surprised with an undisclosed $125 early check-in fee and a $500 security deposit. This information was not listed anywhere when I made the reservation. Guests deserve transparency about all fees upfront. Very disappointing experience.
