I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Racquel at the front desk was especially amazing — she was so pleasant, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made the check-in process easy and made me feel right at home. Because of the wonderful service and overall experience, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Rooms were comfortable but the location was extremely noisy even at late hours in the night. The whole establishment along with the city of Baltimore smells like weed. The hotel doesnt have on site parking but there's a few garages a few blocks away. We came to see a play at the Hippodrome, which is about a 10 min walk. Clean rooms Comfortable beds Good amenities Building upkeep: good, some renovations done recently Overall: good location for a quick 1-2 nighter. It can get sketchy at night so be careful. Good value for your money Theres a few shops and food court around the corner. Not bad for a weekend trip!

I had a really great experience here, and a big part of that was thanks to Kadrik at the front desk. I was in a bit of a rush since I had to check in and immediately head out to a conference, and he made the whole process so smooth and stress free. He was genuinely kind, quick, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed without me even having to ask. It did not feel like a routine check in, it felt like he actually cared about making my stay easier. That kind of service makes a huge difference, especially when you are traveling on a tight schedule. I also want to mention that the rest of the staff were super helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. You can tell there is a strong team culture here. Really appreciated the experience and it definitely left a lasting impression.

The neighborhood is down. The establishment is up. The hotel is simple, straightforward and well kept. My room was basically an efficiency with a whole kitchen and full sized fridge. The on-staff manger was kind and attentive It has a solid gym and cafe area and I really enjoyed my stay there. This location proved to be a true diamond in the rough during my visit. The surrounding area isn't outright unsafe, but if you're going to travel after sundown, you should have some idea of exactly where you are going and exactly how to get there and back.

Update regarding the hotel's response below. It's nonsense. I've called twice and no return call. They are just trying to make it seem like they care. Avoid this hotel. This hotel is quite disgusting to be honest. We immediately noticed there was no shower curtain and the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Guy came up and put in a curtain but had no explanation about the door and just blew it off. Door wouldn't close without pushing on it really hard (I'm 190 lbs) and it never shut all the way. Was checking the coffee for the morning and the package was wet with something greasy...as was the counter under it. There was a pull out bed which was fine enough but the pillows for it were stuffed into dirty drawers. Gross. There was a smell in the room the entire stay that wasn't pleasant. Two forks in the drawer. We used one but the other one had old food stuck on it. I tried to wash the one that we used but there were no sponges to clean with in the kitchenette. I asked for one but all they gave me was a dishtowel? So strange. Elevator was fine but taking a while one time so I used the stairwell and it smelled like old urine. No joke. Tub was dirty when we first got there which I just wiped down myself. Refrigerator made noise the whole stay. Everything is just old and beaten up. Location was good for convention center as we were able to walk there, but no parking at all. And plenty of street noise that woke us up several times at night. I called IHG who basically said it's not their hotel and I would have to take it up with the actual hotel or dispute it on my credit card. They offered me 10K points and then an additional 10K. I asked for escalation and they emailed me saying that hotel said I didn't complain and would have given me a different room, etc. I in fact did complain and told them they should not be displaying the IHG "Clean promise" decal in their lobby. Upon check in I was told they were fully booked so getting another room was not an option. So IHG believed the hotel's lies instead of a loyal customer who has never complained about any of their hotels. Oh, and they never gave me the 20K points. I emailed the hotel and they did not respond. This stay cost me almost $600 for two nights. Avoid this hotel. I will avoid all IHG hotels if possible. I canceled a future reservation right away and let them know. No response.
