Our vacation began with an enthusiastic welcome from Nakia Henderson, the Assistant General Manager, who answered all our questions and provided recommendations that enhanced our stay. The rest of the staff was just as attentive and friendly. The hotel offers an inviting lobby, great for visiting friends and meeting new people. Everything was clean, and we felt very safe. The inner harbor sites were within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful, enjoyable stay!

The overall experience was great, but the breakfast experience was the best. Every morning the service was good, but on Saturday morning we were greeted by Rosa and Gustavq who were extremely pleasant and helpful in getting our breakfast needs met. They asked if my husband and I needed anything or if they could assist in getting something we needed. They also walked around later to discard trash and asked if we needed anything else. We feel they went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. They are definitely keepers and are a great face for this establishment.

Stones throw from the harbour and many attractions. The staff here were amazing. Friendly, helpful, and just all around a great experience. Full breakfast in the morning included with the stay was a perfect start to the day. I loved the pool and they have a gym to help burn off the extra energy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were glad to have booked our stay here! Big shout out to the AGM Nakia and her staff for making our stay with you at the Hampton inn and suites inner Harbour, Baltimore the amazing experience it was!

I had to give them a low rating. See explanation below... Breakfast was pretty decent. Grateful it is still free, huge reason I picked this particular Hilton hotel. Rosa in food service is phenomenal. She deserves a raise for sure. Front desk staff and maintenance guy were kind and pretty accommodating. We had brown water coming out of our sink, but they gave us extra drinking water and snacks while they worked to fix it. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the lack of security. The elevators have a key access security system to keep just anyone from roaming throughout the hotel, but it doesn't work. In this day and time, where crime and violence is at an all time high, it is irresponsible for a hotel not to secure its customers. For this reason ONLY, I would not recommend this hotel and probably would not come back unless there is a guarantee that key access security system is repaired. This should be a priority for the hotel's leadership, but since it is not I gave them a low rating.

We came down here for a cheer competition at the convention center. The drive into the hotel off the highway was easy and valet parking was easy. Our room was upgraded to a queen suite with a microwave upon request for a room with a microwave. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast each morning was deliciously made by Gustavo. He made sure everything was clean and well stocked as all the guests strolled through. Sadly even when they have no smoking posted people still feel that vaping and smoking weed is ok. I was a bit disappointed waking up the second morning and that smell seeping into my room. But I know they can’t control everyone and what they do. My daughter was disappointed that the pool was broken all weekend long and that was the reason for booking this hotel. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel and I would stay here again. Everyone was friendly and personable.
