After the time I spent here, I understand why this hotel is ranked so high. It's not necessarily the hotel itself, but the staff is above and beyond amazing! So it was graduation weekend in Baltimore. Prior to arrival, I had booked rooms for my family. We arrive and we realize that we are actually one room short. Initially, the front desk informed us that there may not be any rooms available but to give him a few minutes because they have been having a lot of cancellations. Sure enough after getting my father settled in the room, a room became available and my entire family was able to reside in the same hotel and travel together to my graduation. Additionally, the staff was so knowledgable of things for us to do in the city which really made our time in the city eventful! But what really set this hotel over was during our checkout. My father had left his glasses in the hotel room and didn't realize it until they was on the way to the airport. Without hesitation, the front desk gave me access to the room so that I could locate the glasses. I'm sure you wanted to hear more about the room itself and services (which were also really good), but I think it is the staff that really make this hotel shine!!! That is something some five-star hotels could really learn from! IJS

I went to this hotel because it had a wheelchair. available to me. They. also said they have to pay to park in a handicap space. Upon arriving, there was no wheelchair on the premises. They said they own no parking out back that they could wheel me in from. They got me to my room with a valet parrking attending holding one side of me up and walking slowly. Grateful for the parking attendant because I would never have made it to my room without falling. 24 hours later, they did have a wheelchair delivered, but then I confronted another problem. The wheelchair had to stay at the hotel, and there was no place to park unless I wanted to pay them $39.00 a night. for valet parking. It was the valet parking you have to pay for to reach the handicap parking. So unless you want to pay 39 each night, they have no handicap parking. The employees were very nice but there could be no deviation from the rules.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Inner Harbor, with a lot of food and entertainment options within walking distance or a short car ride away. You won’t be disappointed with the location. Front desk staff were very friendly. The cleaners were also friendly, engaging with us throughout our stay. Breakfast is as you would expect: your standard hotel breakfast buffet, with eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, etc. Nothing to write home about, but it satiated us during our one-night stay. There is an indoor pool, which is great when the weather is on the cool side. You must reserve a time to visit the pool at the front desk, and the front desk will give you a key to enter the pool area when it’s your scheduled time. This can be a little annoying, but we loved it because we had the pool to ourselves! Our room was noisy. We could clearly hear people in the hall, and we heard our neighbors opening and closing their shades. The AC clicked very loudly when it turned on. If you’re driving, valet parking is available at $39/day. If you don’t mind self parking, the garage around the block, Fleet & Eden, has $5 parking on the weekends. Can’t beat that price! That garage also has complementary charging for EVs.

This hotel has a great location wonderful staff. Breakfast is nothing special gym is tiny pool is tiny don't expect much their but the location is optimal. Don't pay for parking there is smoke options when you get here (5 dollar garage behind the hotel). The room is spacious. Bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain. Shower doesn't come directly down (it's angled) for people not trying to get their hair wet.

Rooms are small but decent if you're only here for a day or two. The bedding isn't that comfortable but it can do. The shower pressure is the only thing I loved. The bathroom door is kind of see through, which I didn't like. It's more so the hotel, than the workers. The workers are very helpful, the hotel isn't as much. I definitely wouldn't recommend for a whole week stay. I only stayed over for one night and it was doable but I could never do more than that here
