⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Lord Baltimore Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The room was comfortable, and all the common areas were spotless. I also loved the beautiful historic atmosphere and elegant interior. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Baltimore. Highly recommended!

The room was neat and clean, pretty basic. Bathroom could use an update. The customer service, however, was excellent! We were there in April for a large cheer competition and they were very accommodating with parking after our check out time. We also had to contact them about a missing smart watch. Housekeeping turned it in to security, and the hotel shipped it back to us. The entire process was quick and efficient. What made it better was that I was able to do almost all communication through texting, which I highly prefer. Overall, it’s a good place to stay especially due to its walking distance to many key attractions and excellent communication.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Lord Baltimore Hotel. I had a reservation through Booking.com, but unfortunately my son injured his finger during basketball and I had to cancel at the very last minute — well within the hotel’s 72-hour cancellation window and literally the night before arrival. I fully expected to lose the reservation cost because the situation was understandably outside policy. Instead, the team at Lord Baltimore Hotel showed something that has become very rare today: genuine compassion, professionalism, and humanity. Not only were they incredibly understanding, but they approved my cancellation and refunded everything without giving me a difficult time. That level of customer care speaks volumes about the people behind this hotel. As someone who semi-professionally reviews hotels and restaurants across the United States as a hobby — with over 12 million review views accumulated over time — I can confidently say that exceptional service like this deserves recognition. You can teach luxury. You can renovate buildings. But you cannot fake kindness and integrity. Lord Baltimore Hotel earned my respect, my future business, and this very enthusiastic 5-star review. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to others. Thank you again to the entire staff for being so wonderful during a stressful family situation.

As soon as you walk into the lobby you can tell you’re in for great stay. It is clean, classy, and decorated well. It’s luxury on a budget. The room was so nice. A good amount of space. Although we had to ask for batteries for the remote and soap for the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable. There’s a wide range of channels with something for everyone. They also have a mini fridge that I put my leftovers in and a microwave. I loved that they had a gym. If I had a longer stay I would’ve used it. We ate at the LB Tavern and the waiter was so kind and we got our food quickly. Service was alright, we did not stay long enough to experience room service, however when we requested soap and toothpaste for the room we were told they would bring us some and they never arrived even after we asked them twice. The hotel is located in a bustling part of the city. There’s a metro stop nearby and lots of restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, Monet at the check-in desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. She went out of her way to assist with several of our requests and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also discovered a defect in one of our rooms, and Monet acted quickly to resolve the issue and make things right. Her responsiveness and customer service truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. Thank you, Monet, for your excellent hospitality!
