Located in a great spot to walk or drive a short distance to many places including restaurants/eateries of varying levels and places like the Aquarium or Stadium. Hotel staff had great service, were very friendly and they pay attention to details during your initial check-in. So don't hesitate to be friendly. You might learn that they have ties with nearby restaurants and can assist in your dining plans or other planned events. In-house breakfast had great options. The room had nice features and was very clean. Valet service was very convenient and professional. Highly recommended as a first option for staying in this area.

My stay at Residence Inn by Marriott was truly a blessing during a very stressful time. Due to unexpected water damage in my home, I had to relocate while renovations were being completed and I’m grateful this is where I stayed. I wound up staying here for a month and half. From day one, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. They made what has been a chaotic season feel much more manageable. The room layout was ideal for a long-term stay it truly felt like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The separate living, kitchen, and sleeping areas provided comfort and functionality, which made a full month away from home so much easier. As a content creator, I was especially grateful for the space and setup. I was able to film, edit, and stay consistent with my content even while displaced from my home. The natural light and layout made it easy to create without feeling cramped or disrupted, which meant a lot to me professionally. Housekeeping was phenomenal. The room was consistently clean, refreshed, and well-maintained. That level of attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One thing that meant a lot to me personally was that my dog was welcomed and loved by the staff. As a dog mom, that made such a difference. Knowing he was comfortable and genuinely embraced during our stay brought me peace during an already stressful time. The daily complimentary breakfast was convenient and well-prepared, and having coffee available around the clock was a huge plus. The on-site restaurant was another standout....the food was very good and reasonably priced, which made it easy on evenings when I preferred to stay in. The fitness center was also well-kept and allowed me to maintain my routine. The location’s convenience to transportation and shopping added even more ease to my stay. Valet service was covered by our insurance, which I appreciated. However, there was an issue where changes that were made inside of my vehicle that should not have occurred. That was concerning. Once I addressed it directly with Valet management (it is not apart of the Hotel), the matter was handled promptly and the issue stopped immediately. I do appreciate that leadership took it seriously and resolved it once it was brought to their attention. Overall, what began as an unfortunate situation turned into a comfortable and supportive experience. I would recommend Residence Inn by Marriott for extended stays, staycations, amd especially during unexpected life transitions.

Whatever you do, do NOT stay here on a Thursday night unless you plan to go bed after 1:30 AM. There is a karaoke bar next-door apparently that plays the music at concert venue levels and you will hear it all the way up on the top floors like it is right outside of your window. The first time I called, they said yes we are looking into it and the second time I called down. I got a snarky response from the front desk that said “yes… that’s karaoke night, that’s every Thursday 🙄” “ok…when will it end?” Oh probably about 1:30 AM… I think this is probably the loudest hotel experience I’ve had outside of staying in Puerto Rico, but that’s a party city and it was on a third floor not the 13th. This is a Hyatt extended stay, people are often staying here on business trips… They really need to work on soundproofing these rooms if that’s going to be a weekly occurrence. Not to mention people screaming outside all night. Hard to have a good day of work in the next day. Also, the beds have seen better days, they are completely bowed in the middle. I think this is probably my official convincing argument to switch to racking up as Hyatt member 🫡

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I can truly recommend this hotel without hesitation. The service was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. You really feel welcome here. A special shout out to the valet service PMC. The valet team was amazing. The guys were super friendly, professional, and always in a great mood. The valet service made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience. We would definitely come back.

This hotel room was awesome. It was like an apartment. It had a dishwasher, stove and full size fridge plus all households items you would need from cups to pot holders. The rest of the room was clean including the bathroom which is a huge thing for me. Plus a very clean and roomy bathroom. The location was perfect to everything. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was okay. Not much of a selection of food but it was okay. My only complaint is the Price of parking but I don't know if the hotel can do anything about that. I will definitely be going back to Baltimore and this is where I'll be staying. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed at!!!
