I had a wonderful stay at this hotel because its location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Being right in the heart of Back Bay, I loved having direct skybridge access to the shops at Copley Place and the Prudential Center, which made it so easy to get around without even having to go outside. The lobby is grand and bustling with a very sophisticated energy, and the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and offered some stunning views of the city skyline, which were especially beautiful at night. I also really enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool area; they were both very well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a long day of walking. Whether I was heading out to nearby landmarks or just grabbing a drink at the stylish lounge downstairs, the whole experience felt high-end and very convenient. It’s a fantastic home base for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of all the action.

First time visiting Boston, decided to book this hotel based on recent reviews. The front desk was quick and efficient. CB was especially helpful with his attentive care and service. Called multiples items to room due to baby and all were brought up very quickly. Great location and well connected to malls. Would recommend and stay again.

Julia at the front desk..I love her. She is such a delight..Her Customer Service is 10 star...also our room attendant Xue..she was so sweet and kind. We were there for 4 nights..after first night she knew what we liked and always greeted us and had our room serviced perfectly..What outstanding service these and others provided..Definitely a memorable stay.

Dinner | $20–30 Absolutely no complaints with this hotel. Best place we have ever stayed. This was our first trip to Boston and also our 39th anniversary trip. Ashley Wright, our concierge, was so sweet and absolutely awesome. She sent us up a gift basket while we were out one evening and on our last night, she sent us a bottle of Champaign. The food was phenomenal at Yardhouse and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back. Shout out to Jay in security, he was very helpful and friendly.

Great location right in the middle of Downtown and Fenway so easy access to both at Copley Place. 30 minute walk to almost anywhere, 15 minute Uber. It's in Copley Place which is a massive mall so you have direct covered access to things like View Boston, restaurants, stores and more. Got a corner room which had great views. Bed was very comfortable. A CVS on the other side of the bridge in case you need water/drinks/snacks. Only downside is if you're a Gold Elite they didn't offer and welcome gift and would not offer the 2pm late check out which for a Wednesday seemed off, but to date I haven't had a single Marriott offer that for Bonvoy members so wondering if it's just a scam at this point.
