I switched to this hotel after 2 nights at a different hotel where service was horrible and fees were extraordinary. They welcomed me with open arms, professionalism, and abundance of courtesy with a warm cookie on top. The location is amazing and the entrance and exit is perfect for grabbing an uber. Don’t bother renting a car if you are staying here. They have a shuttle to take you into town and they even have a fantastic pool big enough to get some laps in. I will definitely come back!

We found it to be very noisy from the traffic outside. Guests in other rooms were constantly slamming doors. One final thought…although some might think this insignificant. One of the things that stood out in past visits were the complimentary cookies which were so delicious they were as good as home made. We thought it was a nice personal touch and thoughtful gesture. The cookies we were given were warmed, but hard as hockey pucks. My take on that is little to no consideration for the people who put their trust in DoubleTree Suites to provide an exceptional experience and accommodations. Very disappointing!

Our first visit and most definitely will be back! Hotel was a perfect location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet (even with World Cup going on) Thank you

Front desk to housekeeping have been so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even in room dining server was so upbeat and personable! Rooms smell simply amazing, so fresh. Very well appointed and nicely designed. Views on riverside are very nice. Parking has been easy, digital key access would be better! Excellent place, good location!!! But come for such an amazing staff and experience!

This is one of the most nicest and cleanest hotels I’ve been to. David from front desk was very pleasant and helpful from the moment I checked in. Alex, Ruben, and Delmie from the restaurant were very nice and attentive to me, checked up on me and created a welcoming environment. Food was delicious, room was spacious , front desk was easy to communicate with. Very kind and helpful staff overall, made my stay super easy and better. Would stay here again.
