I have been staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Chelsea, Boston, for about a week (checked in on May 22), and overall my experience has been positive. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The room is spacious, the supplies provided are good, and the breakfast area and lobby offer a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection is generally good and appreciated. There are, however, a few areas where improvement would enhance the guest experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay. On one occasion, despite placing the service request sign on the door, informing staff personally, and being away from the room from approximately 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., the room was not serviced. Towels and bed linens that were expected to be changed were also not replaced. This was disappointing and was the most significant concern during my stay. The breakfast service was generally satisfactory, but some items were not replenished consistently. On a few occasions, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit were unavailable during breakfast hours, which could be improved with more regular restocking. As for comfort, the bed was a little too soft for my preference, and the pillows were somewhat high, making sleep less comfortable than expected. Of course, comfort preferences vary from guest to guest. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, and the overall ambience of the hotel is pleasant. With some improvements in housekeeping consistency and breakfast replenishment, this would be an even better place to stay. Overall, I would rate my stay positively and appreciate the efforts of the hotel team.

Very spacious rooms, with good amenities. Fitness room was good; breakfast was kept stocked and tasted good. Front desk workers were nice and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport was easy. Only drawback is rooms that face the intersection can be noisy. Overall great place to stay! Transportation to downtown was fairly easy.

Perfectly located for Logan airport. If you have your own car there isn't a huge amount of parking and you have to pay for it. The rooms are excellent. We had a room with a small kitchen which was perfect for us. You can book a shuttle to take you to the airport, also if you are returning a car to the airport but need to go back to the hotel you can call the hotel and order a free shuttle. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Wanted to stay well outside the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center area due to hotels being $300/night, and this hotel certainly delivered as a hidden gem, all the while being reasonably close considering travel times. Located directly across from the bus station which goes to WTC station in about 20 minutes. The times I took rideshare were ~$20 fares. Would definitely stay again. Wanted to check in super early to catch some Zs due to early flight. Due to it being before 11am I was told there was a early check in fee but in the end, they didn't charge me one (thanks guys). Breakfast each day was plentiful and varied. My only complaint is the silverware in the room could have been cleaned a tad better, it had a very strange, oily feel.

The worst hotel in the world. This place is not meant for family’s with kids or even a single person. The general manager is so rude and refuse to fix any issue. It’s also the most loudest hotel ever and you well not get any sleep at night due to all the traffic and honking going on 24/7 or the thin walls were you can hear everything. Today is May 15 and the elevators are over due on inspection, second we switched rooms due to the broken nasty sofa bed to be placed in another room that’s just as horrible with another broken sofa bed, a broken tv that you can put you hands through and a door does not dead bolt, and last the beds are so beyond hard that you won’t get sleep from that also. Overall the worst 9 nights in a hotel and they refuse to fix anything. Not worth the money or anything even the consideration even if it’s the only hotel available stay clear away from this place. Also they refused to post my review on their website because it’s not positive. This is what they said Thank you for sharing your review.
