I stayed here with my friends for galaxy con 2025. They were amazing! The guy who checked us in was such a sweetheart, and they were absolutely lovely when it came to helping us get our bags to the room(and we had a ton). They helped us find good places to eat and were super helpful when we asked for extra makeup wipes. They held our bags after we had checked out so we would be able to go to con without having to get a locker. When we went to the pool area there was a nice man on duty who operated the hot tub for us even though he was off duty. The people here are amazing, the location is great, the place is spotless, in a great location for restaurants and experiences. Will definitely be staying here each time we go to the greater Columbus convention center!

Hotel itself is fine. Don’t use the valet though if you have anywhere to be. We waited 30+ minutes for our car. They make parking so that valet is basically the only viable option. I paid 40 bucks to wait for my car when I could’ve paid half the price to get it myself if that was even an option. They only had one valet attendant working on a Saturday morning checkout.

This was my first time staying in the courtyard in downtown Columbus. The hotel that I normally stay at was either fully booked or removed from our company's recommended places to stay. Check in with smooth and I appreciated the friendly service. The room was quiet and comfortable, but felt a little bit outdated, not too bad. The last time I stayed at a hotel in the Columbus area, close to arena district, I stayed at the Hilton, and the rooms were extremely modern and updated recently. My company paid $169 for the one night stay that I spent here, but I noticed on Google maps that the room rate for the same night was listed as $799. I have no idea why there would be such a huge discrepancy on price, but I can't imagine anyone paying more than $200 a night to stay at a courtyard by Marriott. 🙄 Overall, this day was comfortable and the room was quiet and met my needs. The hotel did offer me a voucher to use at the Starbucks in the lower level next to the lobby, but I'm not sure if that was a promo deal or incentive offered to employees of my company, or if they offer that free breakfast to everyone who stays at the hotel. It might be worth asking about. 🧐☝🏻

Very convenient stay , valet was 40 a day but I couldn’t request my car out for some reason it said it was drove out. The employees are a pleasure. The hotel does smell like cigarettes and it’s very dim in the rooms. Affordable though. Nationwide arena about 5 mins walk . Got my car from valet basically parked in the street

This hotel definitely deserves a higher rating! The room was very clean and spacious, and every staff member was super kind and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't experience a single issue during our stay. We were initially hesitant about paying extra for breakfast since it wasn't included, but it turned out to be an excellent decision. Each morning, we could choose one freshly made coffee and one food item (like a burrito or sandwich), and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ☺️
