Around $100 for 2 Queen Beds for One night. The room was very clean, everything worked as it was supposed to. I like how they have big bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash mounted to the wall. I have thick hair and the little bottles were never enough. By the sink they had Lotion and Hand Wash. The pool was clean and warm enough to not get the chills. We were running late and the Front Desk was accommodating and allowed us to do a late checkout (12 Noon instead of 11:00 am). Would go back!

My daughter and I were in Columbus for her gymnastics meet at the Convention Center and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn because of its close proximity to where she was competing. We arrived a little after midnight and were told they did not have the room we booked. When I asked why the guest service gentleman said they were having issues with staff who didn't care about customers. [What customer checking in wants to hear the hotel has staff issues?] His solution was to offer us two handicap rooms on separate floors and have my daughter stay in one and I stay in the other. I asked if they had rooms on the same floor and was told no. When we got to the first room we decided we would both just stay there as my daughter didn't want to be on a separate floor. The room was spacious. The bathroom had a completely open shower for wheelchair roll in. Overall the room was clean however the bathroom smelled like urine (like the toilet had not been flushed but it had). Since we had to be up in 5 hours to compete we just stayed. Upon checkout I mentioned something but nothing was done. I called IHG on Sunday when we got home to discuss the hotel not having our booked room available, the bathroom smelling like urine, and a bill I received upon checkout and was told hotel management would call within 24-48hrs and no one responded. Based on our experience here I would not recommend this Columbus location.

I stayed here for five nights during the Arnold event and had a very positive experience overall. The room was comfortable, modern, and kept very clean throughout my stay. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was an easy and inexpensive Uber ride to the convention center, usually between 7 and 12 dollars. The daily breakfast offered a nice variety and tasted good. I also enjoyed Burger Theory on-site, which had tasty food and a solid selection of beers. This hotel is definitely worth the money, and I would gladly recommend it to others.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Columbus Ohio. In particular I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Joe, Natalie, and Amanda for their outstanding effort and for going over and beyond to accommodate our family. They're dedication and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you once again for your exemplary service.

First time I stayed here - the rooms were a bit dated but serviceable and comfortable. The bathroom was really small. The staff was friendly and attentive. A plus for having plenty of outlets near the bed for charging a plethora of devices. Located downtown convenient to all downtown Columbus has to offer. I would stay here again.
